GRADE POINT AVERAGE: 3.3/4.0 and abve. RESUME: Invlvement in extracurricular activities, which highlight persnal achievements. Invlvement in scial, prfessinal, civic rganizatins and leadership experience therein. Summer, part-time r full-time wrk experience; vlunteer experience; r military experience that shws mtivatin, leadership and perseverance. PERSONAL STATEMENT: (essay as described abve) that describes yur career plans and hw yu feel this prgram will assist in realizing yur persnal and prfessinal gals. This essay will als be used t evaluate yur written cmmunicatin skills. RECOMMENDATIONS: frm tw Kelley faculty. INTERVIEW: students will be invited t a ne n ne interview with an Admissins cmmittee member. ASSESS DAY: qualified students will be invited t an Assess Day scheduled in the Fall semester. We d nt accept paper recmmendatins. Prvide cntact infrmatin fr tw recmmenders. We request the names f tw Kelley faculty members wh can serve as yur references. Recmmendatins shuld be frm peple wh can cmment thughtfully n yur academic r prfessinal perfrmance. Since yu will be listing Kelley faculty, nly enter the name f thse wh have agreed t serve as yur references. Since we will cntact faculty directly if we need their recmmendatin, yu d nt need t prvide their cntact infrmatin, such as and mailing address. T avid the faculty member receiving a request fr a recmmendatin, we instead ask that yu enter yur wn & mailing address in the required fields. Yu will be sent an aut- with an access cde and instructins n hw t prceed t submit the recmmendatin which yu may disregard. 3) Test Scres: Since yu are current Kelley student, test scres are nt require and yu can leave this area blank. 4) Transcripts: Since yu are current IU student, we can access yur transcripts thrugh the university systems. 3 5) Resume: Submit electrnically thrugh the nline applicatin. WORK EXPERIENCE. This wrk shuld include any prfessinal, full-time, part-time, summer, vlunteer, r military experience. EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. List any extracurricular activities while attending cllege/university (i.e. campus, scial, prfessinal, vlunteer, civic rganizatins), including leadership psitins held and dates f participatin. HONORS AND AWARDS. List any hnrs and awards yu have received. Uplad yur resume in the Department Infrmatin tab f the nline applicatin. Updated 6/1/2015 Once yu have made sure the abve dcuments are ready, g ahead and begin yur applicatin. The applicatin shuld take apprximately 30 minutes t cmplete using these directins. Hwever, yu may save yur prgress and return t the applicatin at a later time, if interrupted. 1. Yu will nw be in the Desired Degree tab. In the sectin titled Intended Prgram and Plan cmplete all asterisked (*) questins. In the line titled Academic Prgram SELECT Business Graduate Accunting Prgrams in the drp dwn list. In the line titled Academic Plan SELECT 3/2 MBA In the sectin titled Term, fill ut all the asterisked (*) questins. In the sectin titled When d yu wish t enrll in classes? SELECT the FALL semester that yu are applying fr. (Ex: Junir year = 2015, chse Fall 2016; Junir year = 2016, list Fall 2017) At the bttm f the page, CLICK Save. Then CLICK Next Page. Please list all institutins f Higher Educatin that yu have attended, past and present, including Indiana University. Since yu are currently a student at IU, please list Indiana University Blmingtn first, and wrk backwards fr successive institutins by clicking n Add n the lwer left. Please list yur majr and yur GPA fr each institutin. D nt list yur High Schl r secndary institutin. Indiana University transcripts can be accessed electrnically by ur ffice; yu need nt request them. We can als access a transfer credit reprt. Please request fficial transcripts frm all institutins yu have attended fr undergraduate level wrk. Have the Registrar f each institutin mail them directly t ur ffice (address at bttm f this dcument). Official transcripts shuld be sent in a sealed envelpe and bear the fficial university seal.
