The Real Value Conference will shine a light on employment as an area for people with disabilities and wider barriers and we will encourage a fresh conversation about employment and its importance for all. 2 REAL VALUE CONFERENCE This conference is unique we encourage a fresh conversation about employment. The idea of employment and meaning is huge for everyone, but people with a disability or other barriers to employment are often not even considered for employment. With this conference, we want to bring together inspirational role models, present case studies that are proven to work, encourage discussion and conversations and show Real Value. The programme will feature presentations from a line-up of national and international key leaders and thinkers, as well as workshop streams to bring best practices, products and services, and demonstrations from around the globe to a New Zealand audience.
