11 Inf & Settings and Parental Cntrls - The Parental Cntrls menu is available under Inf & Settings Setting Passcde: : In rder t mdify parental cntrls, yu must select a fur digit passcde. I didn t receive my activatin If yu did nt receive yu activatin , please fllw this alternative activatin prcess: 1) Check the Bulk Mail r Spam flder f yur client. If yu have previusly been able t rent r buy mvies n VUDU, this may indicate that yur payment infrmatin is n lnger valid. Lgn t yur accunt at in rder t cnfirm r update yur payment infrmatin. I am experiencing buffering when watching VUDU mvies: VUDU mvies are delivered ver yur Internet cnnectin. As such, they can be subject t fluctuatins in yur Internet cnnectin at yur ISP and within yur hme netwrk. If yu experience buffering, here are sme questins yu can answer t address it: Hw fast is yur Internet cnnectin? Watching mvies n VUDU requires a bradband Internet cnnectin. As the reslutin f the mvie increases, s des the bandwidth necessary t supprt it. Fr example, if yu try t watch 1080p HDX n a 4 Mbps Internet cnnectin, yu will experience frequent buffering, because yur cnnectin is nt sufficient t supprt 1080p streaming. Please see the minimum bandwidth (i.e. speed) requirements described in the table n page 4. If yu are nt sure what speed yur Internet cnnectin is, yu may use a publicly available free speed test service, such as When testing yur cnnectin speed, always use the same type f cnnectin yu are using t watch VUDU. Fr example, if yu are using a wireless cnnectin t yur TV in the living rm, test the speed f yur Internet using a laptp cnnected wirelessly in the living rm. The strength f yur wireless cnnectin is dependent upn numerus factrs, including the versin f wireless (e.g. G r N), the distance between the device and the ruter, the building materials used in yur hme, and any interference frm ther nearby devices. If yu are cnnected via a wireless netwrk, try mving the wireless ruter clser t yur TV r Blu-ray Disc Player r creating a wired cnnectin if available. Nte: if yu are using a Wireless G ruter, yu may cnsider upgrading t a Wireless N ruter, which are widely available.
