2 Frequently Asked Questins & Answers regarding the use f the nline assessment platfrm f ManpwerGrup Questin: Answer: Befre start using the nline assessment platfrm, please be sure that yur cmputer has the belw mentined sftware and hardware requirements. All requirements are minimums. Operating System Any Operating System that runs ne f the brwsers belw. Are there any technical requirements that I shuld check in my cmputer befre start using the nline assessment platfrm? Brwser Type Ggle CHROME, Micrsft Internet Explrer v7, r later. Mzilla Firefx v3 r later. Apple Safari. Brwser Settings Pp-up blcker setting shuld allw pp-ups n the applicatin URL. Brwser page view 100% Bandwidth Bradband cnnectin. Firewall HTTPS access must be allwed t applicatin URL. JavaScript Must be enabled. Must be allwed frm applicatin URL Screen Reslutin 1024x768 r higher I can see nly a part f the pages & the fields f the nline platfrm, is there any technical requirements regarding my cmputer s screen reslutin? This is my first time using the nline platfrm, hw can I register and navigate thrugh the platfrm? 3 I select CREATE NEW PROFILE and press REGISTER but I am still in the hme page and can nt enter the nline platfrm. Befre prceed in registering int the platfrm yu shuld accept the LEGAL NOTICE, by selecting the I ACCEPT buttn. What is the LEGAL NOTICE and why shuld I read and accept it befre prceed in registering int the nline platfrm? It is mandatry frm legal regulatins glbally that every web site used fr registering and cllectin f any shrt f persnal data shuld infrm the users befre prceeding, fr the apprpriate Legal Ntice. Legal Ntice includes all necessary infrmatin that the web site shuld give t the user, abut each part (web site/ user) bligatins accrding t the relevant legislatin. It is mandatry that each user registering and giving any persnal infrmatin int a web site, is infrmed abut and accept the web site s Legal Ntice. Will the persnal infrmatin that I am registering int the nline platfrm, be safe and apprpriately handled? Definitely. The nline platfrm has been develped with high technlgy security standards. Mrever the data privacy plicies fllw bth the EU and glbal regulatins, and are regularly revised. Are there any instructins fr registering & applying int the nline platfrm t avid facing any truble? Please use CAPITAL letters in all fields, except yur field. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatry. Fr applying thrugh this nline platfrm yu will be firstly asked t set a USERNAME & a PASSWORD. We suggest that yu set a username, using yur first and last name in ne wrd (e.g. JOHNSMITH), since it is mandatry fr the nline platfrm the username t be unique. We suggest that yu set a shrt and easy t remember passwrd (e.g. 1234), since the passwrd will be used nly during the prcess f this assessment. When the assessment is finished the passwrd gets inactive. Please be careful when filling in the fields fr yur Persnal Details, since yu will nt be able t change them. In the field ADDRESS please write yur current address and nt the address that yu wish t receive yur pst (a Mailing Address field is als available fr yu t fill). 3

4 In the LOGIN DETAILS, shuld I set freely any Username and any Passwrd I wish? We suggest that yu set a username, using yur first and last name in ne wrd (e.g. JOHNSMITH), since it is mandatry fr the nline platfrm the username t be unique. We suggest that yu set a shrt and easy t remember passwrd (e.g. 1234), since the passwrd will be used nly during the prcess f this assessment. When the assessment is finished the passwrd gets inactive. Shuld I use my nick name, when registering int the nline platfrm? When registering int the platfrm please use the first and last name written n yur ID r PASSPORT. N nick names shuld be used. Please be careful when filling in the fields fr yur Persnal Details, since yu will nt be able t change them. Shuld I use SMALL r CAPITAL letters int the nline platfrm? We suggest that yu shuld use CAPITAL letters in all fields, except yur field. I d nt have an address, hwever the field is mandatry, what shuld I d? In case yu dn t have a persnal address, we strngly suggest that yu create ne. The persnal address is mandatry, since it is necessary fr keeping yu infrmed abut yur applicatin s prcess, and stay in cntact with yu. Yu may easily create yur persnal address thrugh internet, with GOOGLE GMAIL, HOTMAIL etc. I d nt have a mbile/cell phne number, hwever the MOBILE PHONE field is mandatry, what shuld I d? The mbile phne number is mandatry, since it is the fastest and easiest way t cntact yu in rder t infrm yu abut yur applicatin s prcess. Hwever, If yu d nt currently have ne, yu may write dwn in this specific field anther phne number that we may easily cntact yu if needed. I am asked t uplad my CV/ RESUME. Hw am I suppsed t d this? Yu may uplad yur CV int the platfrm, with ne f the fllwing ways: Chse UPLOAD, then attach yur CV dcument (wrd, pdf r jpg up t 5MB) selecting it frm yur cmputer. Click OK t finish the prcess. In the same way yu may als uplad a pht f yurs. Chse PASTE CV/RESUME, then cpy & paste the relevant text int the Text area. When finished, click OK. Chse PASTE CV/RESUME and then type yur CV infrmatin int the Text area. When finished typing, click OK. 4

5 I am asked t uplad my CV/ RESUME, but I d nt have ne. What shuld I d? If yu d nt currently have a CV, yu may use the fllwing chice fr typing it directly int the platfrm: Chse PASTE CV/RESUME and then type yur CV infrmatin int the Text area. When finished typing, click OK. Can I uplad any additinal files r phts f mine? In the CV/RESUME & ATTACHMENTS page yu may uplad yur CV, but als any ther additinal files r a pht f yurs. The file shuld be in WORD, PDF f JPG up t 5MB. I am trying t uplad a file but smething ges wrng. What shuld I check? Please check the fllwing: The file shuld be in WORD, PDF f JPG. The file shuld be up t 5MB. After selecting the file frm yur cmputer, click OK t finish the prcess. I tried t g frward t the next page f the nline platfrm by using the BROWSER FORWARD selectin, and nw a white page appears. What shuld I d? Please be careful when navigating back and frth thrugh the pages f the nline platfrm, t use nly the apprpriate buttns BACK-CONTINUE at the bttm f each page. D nt use the Back/Frth buttns f yur brwser, since yu may face great danger t lse the data yu have previusly set. In case yu have by mistake used the Back/Frth buttns f yur brwser, and yur brwser shws a white page, please d the fllwing: REFRESH yur brwser page. This may transfer yu t the Hme page f the nline platfrm, where yu will select SIGN IN, using the username & passwrd that yu have initially set. Check carefully that the data yu have previusly filled in still exist, therwise please re-fill the relevant fields. CLOSE yur brwser page and g t the Hmepage f the nline platfrm, where yu will select SING IN, using the username & passwrd that yu have initially set. 6 If I have frgtten my Username and/r Passwrd, what shuld I d? Yu dn t have t wrry. If yu have finished the nline assessments, yur username & passwrd gets inactive, and yu will need them n mre. The username & passwrd are necessary in case yu have t interrupt yur registratin and assessment prcess, s that yu may re-enter int the nline platfrm in a later time t finish yur prcess. We suggest that yu set an easy t remember username, using yur first and last name in ne wrd (e.g. JOHNSMITH). We suggest that yu set a shrt and easy t remember passwrd (e.g. 1234). In case yu have nt finished yur registratin and assessment prcess, hwever yu have frgtten yur username and/r passwrd, please sent an t technicalsupprt@manpwergrup.gr. Smething sudden ccurred and I have t interrupt my registratin and/r assessment prcess. Can I leave the nline platfrm and reenter again sme later time? If there is need t interrupt yur registratin and/r assessment prcess, yu may chse CLOSE by brwser, s that yu leave the nline platfrm. Yu may re-enter the nline platfrm later, ging t the Hmepage and selecting SIGN IN, giving the username & passwrd that yu have initially set. When re-entering the nline platfrm the system will drive yu directly t the area yu were when leaving the platfrm at the first place. Please nte that if yu have interrupted yur prcess just after finishing an assessment, the system will drive yu directly t the next assessment. If yu have interrupted yur prcess in the middle f an assessment, the system will drive yu t the beginning f this particular assessment, in rder t re-take and finish it. If yur registratin & assessment prcess has been finished the mment that yu left the nline platfrm, then yu will nt be able t re-enter the nline platfrm. I am trying t enter/ reenter int the nline platfrm, but I face difficulties. What shuld I check? Please check yur internet cnnectin. Please check that yu have set yur Username crrectly (it is case sensitive). Please check that yu have set yur Passwrd crrectly (it is case sensitive). REFRESH yur brwser page fr the Hme page f the nline platfrm, where yu will select SING IN, using the username & passwrd that yu have initially set. CLOSE yur brwser page and pen a new page fr the Hmepage f the nline platfrm, where yu will select SIGN IN, using the username & passwrd that yu have initially set. If yu are trying t enter int the nline platfrm frm a different pc statin than the ne yu have previusly used, please check the Technical Requirements f this new pc (see first questin). 6

Chse Internet Optins. Click n the Security tab. Click n Custm Level. Scrll dwn until yu see the sectin labeled 'Scripting.' Under 'Active Scripting,' select Enable and click OK.
