2 An exhibition of contemporary design in partnership with SAN FRANCISCO DESIGN WEEK San Francisco Design Week (SFDW) and WestEdge SF are pleased to announce SF DESIGN WEEK HUB premiering at San Francisco s Pier 27 June 4-5. SF DESIGN WEEK HUB will serve as the central welcome center and anchor destination during SFDW, hosting thousands of visitors for special events, educational programs and design installations. SF DESIGN WEEK HUB will also host the official SFDW Opening Night Party on June 4 and offer a WestEdge SF pop-up exhibition of contemporary design throughout both days of the event. ABOUT SFDW SFDW takes place June 4-12, and offers 60 studio tours and 75 events, spanning the entire Bay Area from Silicon Valley to the city of San Francisco. From tech inventions and culture-changing products, to human centered design, emerging fashion and international architecture, SFDW is an opportunity to experience the region s unique design talents, impact and innovations.

3 EXHIBIT SF DESIGN WEEK HUB/WestEdge SF will feature exhibitors with a focus on contemporary furniture and lighting. We re approaching the installations in San Francisco by eliminating the large, trade show infrastructure which typically includes walls, truss, etc. This open concept is allowing us to keep exhibit space rates low and will enable more brands/designers/makers to have a footprint in this key market. Pricing & Configurations $500 provides the opportunity for an individual designer/maker to feature a single prototype or signature piece; the work will be integrated into a larger exhibition-style environment $1500 includes an open 10 x 10 island configuration $2500 includes an open 10 x 20 island configuration There is NO charge to exhibitors for drayage (on-site freight handling and empty crate/box storage), and participants are able to facilitate their own installations without the need for union labor (with the exception of rigging or elaborate electrical needs).

WestEdge SF offers sponsorship opportunities at various levels, and can create customized activations to propel your marketing message. $5,000+ RESTROOMS (2 AVAILABLE) Sponsor has the opportunity to brand men or women s restrooms. THEATER SEATING Sponsor has the opportunity to provide the audience seating in the Design Hub Theater ( chairs), and reap the benefits of each seminar attendee trying their product. Chairs can be sold onsite as samples as well. $7,500+ STAFF T-SHIRTS Be the first brand to welcome attendees as they enter the Design Hub by sponsoring the ticket and registration team s staff shirts. Shirts will include WestEdge, SFDW and sponsor logo throughout all days of the event. $10,000+ BICYCLE VALET Sponsor has the opportunity to brand this feature at the Design Hub entrance. Sponsorship includes cost of valet, on-site signage recognition and complimentary water/refreshments for cyclists. OPENING NIGHT PARTY (THREE AVAILABLE) Help kick off the event by sponsoring San Francisco Design Week s Opening Party from 6:30-10:30 PM. Sponsorship will help underwrite the opening night festivities with hospitality bars, hors d oeuvres and entertainment as we welcome the who s who of the design industry, and bring awareness to San Francisco Design Week. OPENING NIGHT PARTY BAR (2 AVAILABLE) Sponsor will receive branding and décor at an Opening Night Party bar. If desired, sponsor has the opportunity to design/build out a bar or have our events team spearhead the bar build out incorporating sponsor branding. $15,000+ CAFÉ Cater to the hungry crowd. Sponsor receives opportunity to display café furniture and will have on-site banner and tabletop signage. FACILITY-WIDE WIFI PROVIDER Sponsor free Wi-Fi access throughout Pier 27, and host the design blogging community at our opening day tweet-up reception. Sponsor will benefit from branding on the Wi-Fi access home page throughout all days of the show, plus the viral marketing buzz from hundreds of bloggers and social media enthusiasts. TICKET & REGISTRATION AREA Sponsor has the opportunity to make a major impact as the first and last stop attendees see at the event. Sponsorship includes product integration at registration counters/welcome area and overall entrance branding. $25,000+ ATTENDEE TOTE BAG One of the most visible advertising vehicles! Your company name, logo and message will be carried throughout the fair, and around town after the event. AUTO PAVILION Showcase the latest in auto design with an exterior and interior display. Sponsorship includes opportunity for attendee data capture, Ride & Drive program, VIP shuttling and extensive reach through Design Hub promotional campaign. CHARGING STATIONS Outfit this space for attendees to recharge their devices, share their favorite finds via social media and regroup with friends. DESIGN HUB THEATER The theater will host 3 to 4 major presentations each day. Sponsor can furnish the stage and audience area, and feature a looped video presentation when seminars are not taking place. DESIGN HUB VIP LOUNGE The Design Hub Lounge is a hub of action where attendees can relax, network, or enjoy a cocktail. It also serves as a main focal point upon entering the fair. Sponsorship includes logo recognition in all print and digital ads, on-site signage, featured blog post and opportunity to host an event within the space on Thursday or Friday.
