Postcard (Size 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 ) Our Amarillo Promotional Postcards are the perfect way to let customers know you ll be exhibiting at the show. Online exhibitor listings include company name, booth number, contact information, company description & product offerings. Fill out the form on page 8 and send back to the IDEAg marketing team at IDEAg@IDEAgGroup.com. Your company and product will be highlighted on our website and in our show program which is distributed to all attendees coming into the show. Each Product Spotlight Sponsor will receive a picture of their product and a 25-word write-up. The Product Spotlight will be displayed in the show program, in an attendee eblast as well as promoted on the show s website. REGISTER TO WIN* $250 Promotional giveaways are an excellent way to promote your brand and generate leads. Allow us to help your company reach your goals by giving away your products at the IDEAg booth. In addition, your company s logo will be included in the show program, on the show website, and on signage. FLOOR DECALS 1 for $300 / 2 for $500 / 4 for $750 Lead potential buyers directly to your booth by placing floor decals throughout the Amarillo Civic Center. Decals can feature your logo, booth number and/or marketing message. You provide the artwork, we ll print and place the decals for you. SHOW BAGS* - SOLD $2,000 By sponsoring the show bags, you are getting your company name and message out to each attendee. Bags can include your company logo, booth number and a promotional message. Add a show bag insert for even more exposure. HAND SANITIZER STATIONS With stations located throughout the civic center noted with your company name and booth number, attendees and exhibitors alike will appreciate the offering of cleanliness, while your company positions themselves with a positive brand association. WATER COOLERS Refreshments are a great way to market your business to attendees. Water coolers with your company logo and marketing message will be placed throughout the Civic Center, allowing people to stop and refresh during their busy day. PREFERRED VENDOR Do you have a product that can be used for the show? Get noticed by becoming a Preferred Vendor. In return you will receive your company logo featured in all show materials, a direct link to your website from the official show website, and an online featured exhibitor listing. PRODUCER FUNCTION Meet with VIP s during this networking event (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc). Opportunity includes recognition on the show website and signs at the event. ICE RINK BREAK AREA Provide attendees with a place to relax by sponsoring the break area in the Cal Farley Coliseum. GRAND PLAZA ROOM RENTAL Would you like to host a private meeting for your customers or sales team? Rent out the Grand Plaza of the Amarillo Civic Center on Tuesday or Thursday and host your group in a private setting during the Amarillo Farm & Ranch Show. High level sponsorships are available. 8 MATERIAL GUIDELINES 2015 PRINT ADVERTISING - SENDING MATERIALS PLEASE SUBMIT PRINT AD MATERIALS BY OCTOBER 28. CREATING YOUR ARTWORK FORMAT: IDEAg operates under the PC platform. Ad files are preferred in Press Quality PDF format (all fonts must be embedded and files must be built to the correct size). We can also accept PC format files created in Quark Xpress or InDesign (All imported graphics and fonts must be included) Adobe Illustrator (all fonts must be outlined), or Adobe Photoshop (CMYK or greyscale color mode, no less than 300 dpi). Files created in any other format will need to be recreated by IDEAg; production charges will apply. IMAGES: All images supplied must be high resolution EPS, TIFF, or JPG files (no less than 300 dpi) in CMYK color or b&w. JPEG files and GIF files downloaded from websites are not acceptable for print and cannot be used. IDEAg is not responsible for the print quality of graphics that do not meet these requirements. SENDING YOUR ARTWORK UPLOAD: Upload large files to Hightail. Use the website: to upload your ad.
