2 DIAMOND LEVEL Diamond level sponsors receive a complimentary conference registration, $250 credit toward A/V costs, exhibit space with preferential placement (if desired) including one exhibitor registration, a tote bag insert, a travel grant given in your name, prominent acknowledgement on the conference website and throughout the conference and other benefits. See page 6. Welcome Reception: Monday, September 19 You re at the center of a premiere environment with strong attendance and lively conversation when you host the kick-off reception. As host, you select the menu; pay the costs of all food, beverage, any A/V, plus sponsorship. Your deposit of $6, will be deducted from the final bill. Breakfast or Luncheon You ll have a captive audience when you promote your program, organization, or product at a breakfast or a luncheon. As host, you select the menu; pay the costs of all food, beverage, any A/V, plus sponsorship. Your deposit of $2, will be deducted from the final bill. Refreshment Break Refreshment breaks are strategically held in the exhibit area for maximum traffic. Promote your company/product by hosting a mid-morning or mid-afternoon break of your own creation for conference attendees. Conference Name Badge & Lanyard* - Sold! High visibility: your company name around the neck of every attendee. With the need for ID cards and building access, your good-looking lanyard will be taken home and used for years. $1, Sold! No longer available. *Exclusive Exhibitor (includes 1 conference registration) NETA designs the exhibit space with optimal traffic flow in mind for all our exhibitors. A single space is a 10 x10 area, with one draped, six-foot table, two chairs, and a trashcan. A/V, Internet, and electrical power are available for additional fees. Travel Grants Your support will enable more public broadcasters to attend and be enriched by NETA s professional development and networking opportunities at the conference. Choose an area you wish to support (e.g., community engagement, development, instructional media, programming, production, promotion, IT/engineering, management) and NETA will match your grant with a grateful station manager s request. Commitment deadline is July 15. $ Tote Bag Inserts Promote your organization, product or service by placing your message or gift item in the conference tote bag. Sponsor must deliver 350 pieces of each item to conference hotel. Shipping directions will be provided. $
