2 hy Exhibit? The Society for Academic Emergency Medicine is the academic arm of emergency medicine. As the premier organization for high-quality research and educational innovation in emergency care, it is our vision to create and promote scientific discovery, advancement of education, and the highest professional and ethical standards for clinicians and researchers. We promote excellence in emergency medicine through our monthly peer-reviewed journal Academic Emergency Medicine, eight active academies, 24 special interest groups, and more than a dozen member-led committees and task forces. The Society for Academic Emergency Medicine is composed of more than 6,000 members who are influential leaders of emergency medicine within the United States and throughout the world. They publish numerous scholarly articles, serve on all important governing bodies of this discipline, and are role models for future practitioners of our speciality. The membership includes medical students, residents, fellows, educators, researchers, and clinically based physicians, nurses, EMTs, and personnel drawn from other emergency medicine services. Our Audience During its 2015 Annual Meeting in San Diego, SAEM attracted more than 3,000 registrants from more than 20 different countries, hitting record-breaking numbers for attendance as well as for original work presented. Our Program Committee reviewed more than 1,300 unique abstract submissions and accepted 797. In addition, we reviewed more than 159 innovation projects, accepting 60 and 240 didactics, accepting 138. This conference is held on the first day of the Annual Meeting and covers a unique topic each year. The Consensus Conference has produced original manuscripts from more than 850 authors, 16% of whom have obtained funding for more than 300 projects. More than $20 million in federal support has been granted for follow-up research related to these conferences. The Society continues to accept applications for topics for this annual conference, with decisions announced approximately two months before the event is held.

4 Available Sponsorships Satellite Symposium $10,000 The Annual Meeting brings together academic emergency medicine physicians from many regions to a single location, providing an opportunity for organizations other than SAEM to access the academic emergency medicine community. To take advantage of this opportunity, organizations may hold symposia during one-hour scheduled blocks approved by SAEM. These blocks are typically during the breakfast hour of 7:00-8:00 am and during the lunch hour of 12:00-1:00 pm. Other options will be considered upon request. In order to allow time for review and proper advertising, all applications must be submitted to the SAEM office no later than February 1, Requests submitted after this date will be reviewed only if space is available. Meeting WiFi $8,000 Keep attendees connected with meeting wide WiFi. Customize password and landing page. Sponsored Beverage Tickets $1,000/50 tickets Splash Page - SAEM is offering a single sponsorship of the mobile app splash page. (the page that everyone will sees upon opening the app) We ll put your logo on the screens of our over 5,000 members every time they view the Annual Meeting schedule. The splash page also allows for a direct link to your organization s home page. Banner Ads - SAEM is offering six banner ad positions to rotate at the top of the apps dashboard page. When the user taps the banner they are taken to your full landing page featuring your logo, products, services, etc. Sponsored Breaks $3,000 ea. Three morning coffee breaks and three afternoon power breaks available throughout the week. Exhibitor Bingo $350/sponsor (up to 9 available) Exhibitor Bingo is offered to nine exhibitors. Attendees need stamps from these nine participating exhibitors for a chance to win Visa gift cards and a grand prize of a free registration to the 2017 SAEM Annual Meeting in Orlando, including four nights accommodation at the host hotel. Your sponsorship will include your organization s name, logo, and booth number highlighted on the stamp card. This will increase your visibility and attract more traffic flow to your booth. You can set up two SAEM-approved posters (24 x36 ) within the meeting space for the duration of the meeting. Posters are printed and shipped by sponsors/exhibitors at their own expense. 5 SAEMF FUND Run The SAEM Foundation annual FUND Run is a great way for our members to relax, stay active, and see the city. Runners and walkers of all ages race to raise money for research and education. Sponsors of the run get to engage with members in a casual, fun environment and are welcome to join in the run themselves! Logos will appear on race t-shirts, banners, and other materials. Proceeds benefit the SAEM Foundation. Items meant for distribution can be for ANY AMOUNT and can be inserted into goodie bags, handed to race participants at the finish line, awarded as a winner prizing, or distributed electronically, if applicable. Sponsorship benefits will be based upon a 2-to-1 ratio compared with the standard cash sponsorship fees. Thus, an in-kind donation valued at $5,000 (retail) would receive benefits afforded to a $2,500 cash sponsor. In-kind sponsors that donate product valued at $600 (retail) or greater will receive full sponsor level benefits, but will be considered an In-Kind Sponsor for promotional purposes.
