7 1.Prices The prices described above are per person, for a minimum of 100 people All the prices include VAT The prices per person include: Tablecloth, Chinaware and Glassware from the Pousada Cocktail room rental Banquet room rental Wedding Cake and a Sparkling Wine for the Toast Cloakroom service The menu for children until 4 years old is offered by the Pousada. From 5 to 10 years old, and for a maximum of 20 children, the Pousada offers a discount of 50% on the food and beverage including a kids menu. All the mentioned prices can be changed without notice and are subject to confirmation. 2. Service Time The service has the duration of 8 hours from the arrival of the guests. Extra hours: 8 per present person per hour The cocktail has the duration of 1 hour. The extension of the service with animation at D. Jerónimo and Douro Rooms in exceeding midnight will require the booking of rooms at the Pousada do Porto Freixo Palace Hotel. Rates to report. 3. Open Bar The Open Bar has the duration of 2 hours. Each additional hour will cost 10 per present person. 4. Decoration, Personalized Menus and Tables Set-up Plan The decoration included in the price of the menu is: Candelabra with candles or glass bowls with floating flowers. The personalized Menus and the Tables Set-up Plan are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer. In case the client needs a more elaborate decoration we can provide the contact of our partners. The cost and organization is the sole responsibility of the customer. 5. Animation and Protocol/Host service The animation, as well as its cost and copyright, the host and protocol services are the sole responsibility of the customer. The meals and consumptions of the staff/musicians/photographers are not included in the proposal and will be budgeted accordingly. 6.Rooms The Pousada offers a Room Night for the Bride and Groom with a VIP treatment in the room, for events with a minimum of 100 guests. The Pousada will also be pleased to accommodate all the guests. It will be given a discount of 10% of our Best Available Rate for the desired date.

8 7. Reservation and Payment Conditions The reservation confirmation will be given after:: Initial deposit of 25% of the total estimated value for the event at the confirmation moment. A second 50% deposit 90 days prior to the event. A third 25% deposit three days prior to the event. The remaining amount and eventual adjustments must be settled right after the event. It must be given a copy of the credit card as guarantee. The initial deposit is not refunded at any circumstance. 8. Confirmation of the final number of guests The number of guests must be given 30 days prior to the event. The final number of guests must be confirmed in writing until 72 hours prior to the event witch will be the charged number of guests. 9. Food output The output of food from the banquet is not allowed. 10. Damage The Pousada do Porto Freixo Palace Hotel reserves the right to be compensated for any damages or losses caused by persons or acts that jeopardize their property The cost of repair or replacement of goods by the Pousada do Porto, for damages, breakages or loss shall be charged to the customer.
