We cater for all sizes and types of occasions, from private parties and weddings to large corporate events. Whether you are planning seated dining, a buffet or simply drinks and finger food, we will work with you to plan the perfect menu and management of your event, and can provide a complete catering service. Our aim is to provide you and your guests with everything you require to make your wedding/function enjoyable and memorable. Our staff are uniformed, in-house trained and they will provide you with a high level of service throughout the day. Hafod Catering are Powys County Council approved caterers and have been awarded a food hygiene standards award of 5.

4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS WE UNDERTAKE: To supply and serve ample quantities of food of the highest standard. To provide the necessary china and cutlery. To provide the services of trained and uniformed staff. To provide black bin bags for rubbish disposal. YOU UNDERTAKE: 1. To provide tabling and seating and to set them out yourselves. 2. To inform us of estimated number of guests not later than sixteen days prior to the function and final number of guests to be given no less than ten days prior to the date of the function. This will be the minimum number charged to the account. 3. To provide a good, clean water supply, adequate electric power and lighting, with a drainage to the kitchen area and with good outside lighting to the loading area if required. 4. To dispose of all rubbish bags. It is in accordance with the Health and Safety Laws that Caterers cannot transport food-stuffs and rubbish together. 5. To pay cancellation charges in accordance with the following scale: Less than 1 month before function - 25% of invoice + VAT Less than 1 week before function - 50% of invoice + VAT IT IS AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES: When a booking is confirmed a deposit of 200 is required. After the event the balance due is payable within 7 days. 5% interest will be added to each monthly statement after this date.
