2 2012 PRIMA Sponsorship Opportunities The Public Risk Management Association is the association dedicated solely to the practice of risk management in the public sector. PRIMA s membership is made up of nearly 1,100 government entities and PRIMA s Annual Conference draws approximately 1,000 attendees! Initial Cancellation Policy We will refund 50% of the total sponsor fee for cancellations received in writing 120 days before the 1st day of the event. We will refund 25% of the total sponsor fee for cancellations received in writing 60 days before the 1st day of the event. After that date, no refunds will be made. If sponsoring promotional items, once the contract is signed and the item is in production, there shall be no refunds. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of the Public Risk Management Association is limited to the return of paid fees. Miscellaneous This Agreement shall become effective on the date signed below and will remain in effect until all responsibilities set out are fulfilled. The parties acknowledge that they will use their best good faith efforts to negotiate and resolve subsequent issues that may arise from this Agreement as a result of unforeseen occurrences and that may alter the conditions of this Agreement.
