Location The Gore Hill Technology Precinct is in close proximity to Sydney s CBD, the airport and Port Botany, whilst access to the Gore Hill Expressway, M, M5 and M7 expressways are seamless. Switchboards and electrical to be installed with spare cable capacity of 5%. 3.6 After hours availability: Wall mounted control panel at each floor to provide AC to four individual zones per floor. 3.7 Running cost: See System type design features -Item 3. above that provides energy efficiency and consequently reduces running cost.. Security. System type: The principle security infrastructure will be a computer based fully integrated commercial access control and security system (ACIAS) complemented with a CCTV system. The system will be capable of partitioning allowing authorized users access to designated programming functions and control over specific areas.. Capacity to add to, enhance, interface: The Security System shall have the provision to interface with the BMCS for monitoring the air conditioning and lift systems for after hours control. The Base Building system shall be expandable to support a Tenants fully integrated security system. Hardware and software partitioning of the system shall be possible such that only designated alarms/events can be passed between the Tenants and BMCS system. 5 Roof top communications 5. Available areas: The roof is essentially a concrete slab with an architectural feature to the perimeter. 5.
