Our centre exists to run as a successful business, with the advantage of being able to give back to the community. Every day we work with the marginalised and vulnerable, with families and youth, and with those in crisis. We offer hope in every way we can, and by choosing to host your event with us, you are assisting us in this vital work. 3 George St Wesley Conference Centre heart of Sydney CBD multi-purpose rooms 875 tiered seat theatre expert service and catering Wesley Conference Centre is Sydney s premier conference venue. Our tiered Wesley Theatre, with 875 capacity and a range of multi-purpose conference rooms, is fully supported by in-house catering and our on-site audio visual team. With more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, servicing a diverse range of clients from the public and private sectors, we will ensure all your needs are met. Our centre is suitable for a wide range of events: AGMs and board meetings (our venue can offer secure and private entry if needed) video and telephone conferencing product launches and exhibitions Location Conveniently located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, only 15 minutes drive from Sydney Airport, Wesley Conference Centre is easily accessible by public transport. Public parking is available underneath the building and other public parking is close by. Accommodation is plentiful, with many 3, 4 and 5-star hotels literally minutes walk from Wesley Mission s front (and back) door. 4 Wesley Theatre Fully tiered theatres are difficult to find in Sydney, but the Wesley Theatre seats 875 in armchair comfort, allowing a clear view from every seat in the house. A large stage area provides space for all types of events. The stage has a height of 6m allowing for large screen projections to ensure all attendees can see any visual aids. Our in-house audio visual team is there to support Room you with the custom designed audio, lighting, and visioning systems. For your comfort, we have a green room and change rooms for speakers and performers, as well as external viewing areas for guests and VIPs. Theatre Area (m2) Wesley Theatre Wesley Theatre curtained For smaller events with numbers below 500, a more intimate setting can be obtained by closing the drapes at the back of the theatre. Large settings Room Theatre Banquet tables of 10 Classroom style U-Shape Area (m2) Lyceum Smith Green The Lyceum The Lyceum is a versatile space that can be set up in a variety of ways. A 5m high atrium style ceiling and daylight globes provide a large, bright space suitable for AGMs and lectures, breakfasts and exhibitions. With a moveable raised stage area, adjustable lighting and complete AV support, the Lyceum is perfect for meetings and performances. Smith room The Smith room is a spacious room that can be arranged in a variety of ways including theatre style, classroom style or cabaret style. Located on the same level as the theatre, it is also the perfect room for exhibitions, lunches or to meet and greet before your event. It can be used in conjunction with the Green room for a more spacious catering area. Green room The Green room is perfect for those smaller meetings, but still suitable for presentations requiring projection and audio. It can be set in a variety of ways and can also be used as a breakout room for larger events or for catering.

5 Small settings Room Theatre Banquet tables of 10 Classroom style U-Shape Area (m2) Pacific Pendlebury Pollard Pacific room The Pacific room is one of our smaller meeting rooms, and is great for training or more intimate meetings. It has the option of in-room catering so you needn t be disturbed or distracted from your important business. Pendlebury room The Pendlebury room is a comfortable training room, suitable for U-shape, classroom or boardroom style set up. It has a large screen, ceiling mounted projector and adjustable lighting. Pollard room The Pollard room is a quiet boardroom or meeting room away from the hustle and bustle of your office. Business facilities, internet, fax, phone, audio conferencing are all available to keep you in touch with the outside world. Our services Catering From tea and biscuits for two, to lunch for five hundred or more, we welcome the opportunity to work with you to customise a menu for your event. Technical and production Our in-house technical and production services team will take the worry out of your next event by providing the right equipment for the job, ensuring it works how it should, when it should.
