Cantina is one of the smaller restaurants in the group, and links Blueprint Café to the east with the remaining restaurants in Butlers Wharf Gastrodome to the west. The food subscribes to the R s of Italian regional cooking, being rustic, robust and reasonably priced. It s also delicious. In summer, the full-length doors open up to the terrace the perfect place to be on a sunny day. 5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read these carefully before returning the Reservation Form I. Your reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the signed terms & conditions and the required deposit ( 10 per person). All major credit cards are accepted and company cheques are permissible upon prior arrangement. II. The full deposit is non refundable should the reservation be cancelled within 7days of the event. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by letter, or to the Reception at the sooner opportunity. III. The final number of covers needs to be confirm 48 hours prior the event. In the event that the number of guests decreases after this time, you will be charged the full menu price for the number of people you confirmed in the previous 48 hours. IV. We will require you to settle the bill in full at the end of your event. We are not able to offer account facilities. V. Any party up to, but not exceeding 10, are able to select from the A la Carte Menu. For parties of 11 guests and above we offer a Group Menu or Dolce Vita from which guest can choose on the night. Parties exceeding 26 guests are request to create their own menu, choosing one starter one main one dessert from the Group Menu, in advance for the entire group. Dietary requirements can be catered for. Wines may be pre-selected in advance from the Wine List, subjected to availability.
