Le Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten est connu internationalement pour sa cuisine inventive et contemporaine et a d'ailleurs reçu de nombreuses récompenses notamment les prestigieuses trois étoiles Michelin. Le Chef Jean-Georges qui dirige une quinzaine de restaurants dans le monde de Chicago à Tokyo, est à la tête des restaurants de l'eden Rock depuis 2011 et s implique dans les moindres détails depuis la conception des menus jusqu à la décoration. Eric Desbordes vient de le rejoindre en tant que Chef Exécutif. Ce passionné de cuisine depuis l âge de 13 ans a accompli son apprentissage à Paris. Sa carrière a rapidement décollé avec l ouverture du 114 Faubourg, célèbre Brasserie de luxe du Palace Parisien le Bristol où il décrocha sa première Etoile au guide Michelin en L Eden Rock St Barths vous invitent à découvrir la cuisine de ses deux talentueux chefs Eric Desbordes et Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
