Package is subject to first come first serve basis. All prices are inclusive of agency comission. In the absence of compliant commercial materials, Mediacorp will not be held responsible for delayed or erroneous campaigns. All advertising-related materials are subject to approval by Mediacorp and/or the relevant authority where necessary. MediaCorp reserves the right to suspend, postpone and/or cancel the programme/event at any time and will notify you in the event of any such suspension, postponement and/or cancellation. In the event of that the programme/event is suspended, postponed and/or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, MediaCorp shall not be liable to you and/or to any third party whatsoever for any damages and/or losses that may arise or be suffered in the event of any such suspension, postponement and/or cancellation. In such an event, your sole remedy shall be the refund of any monies that you have paid to and received by MediaCorp in relation to the programme/event. Specifications are subject to changes.
