Mission The Taxi Council of Queensland exists to expand the total market for taxi services by: securing a beneficial legislative framework; building a positive community profile and awareness of the taxi industry; and improving the responsiveness of the industry to market demands and changes for the well-being of all taxi industry participants in Queensland. Disclaimer The entitlements listed in this document are offered on the basis that confirmation of sponsor s involvement is received prior to the deadline specified by the conference manager (e.g. production of promotional material). Where necessary, entitlements will be distributed on a first come, first served basis, depending on the level of sponsorship. The conference management reserves the right to amend these packages subject to change in the program format. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to conference commencement. No refunds applicable for cancellation made within 30 days prior to conference. Responsibilities of Sponsors It is the responsibility of sponsors to provide the materials listed in the sponsor package, once the commitment has been made. Those companies which get the most out of their sponsorships are those who actively promote their presence at the conference and provide photographs, text and any other materials in a timely manner to the organisers. 5

7 SPONSORSHIP & TRADE EXHIBITION PROSPECTUS Trade Exhibition 2015 EXHIBITION SET UP OVERVIEW Booth Inclusions: Framework The exhibition booth framework is constructed from aluminium Framelock professional display system components. Walls Booth walls are covered in either a Velcro receptive fabric or are white melamine. Black or White available. Fascia The white melamine fascia panel is 250mm deep. A fascia is provided for all open sides of the booth. Signage One sign is provided for the fascia panel on each booth. This sign is a standard style, limited to 28 letters. Logos and corporate fonts are available for an additional charge. Spotlights Dual 60 watt track mounted spotlights will be installed on the back wall of each exhibition booth.. Power A 4amp power supply is included in the booth package. Additions Additions and modifications to the exhibition booth may be ordered direct from NQ Exhibitions prior to the event.
