7 Dear Families of CPS, We want to thank you for your perseverance and patience with us as we work through the Ren Web Online Enrollment process. We know it will be wonderful once we work out the kinks! The good news is we are starting to see many of the enrollments coming through! Job well done! If you continue to have problems, please do not hesitate to call the school office to ask for assistance ( ). We are here for you! Don t forget you need to manually upload two forms or turn them into the school office: Active Parishioner Discount Form signed by the Pastor and the Annual Income Eligibility Parent Survey (We must have 100% of these forms returned in order to be considered for federal funding grants for technology (internet/phone usage.) It is a HUGE help! The deadline for online enrollment has been extended until Monday, January 30.
8 IMPORTANT INFORMATION There is a contest for the students that sell the most raffle tickets!! Deadline to order Festival T-Shirts is Friday, January 27. Delivery Date will be Tuesday, February 21. PTO FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER BUILDER UP AND RUNNING. Now is the time, everyone, to sign up for your Festival Volunteer Hours on Volunteer Builder! This year we need your help more than ever. Go to: Click on Volunteer Builder right side of home page 10 Volunteer Hours Per Family Required If there are hours that you want but are not listed OR If you have any questions..call or ronifiolek@bellsouth.net
9 Confetti Eggs Confetti eggs are an easy way for CPS to earn pure profit from something you would normally throw away! It is festival time again and we need our CPS families to start saving their eggs. Directions for how to save your eggs are on the CPS/PTO website just click on the egg picture. Send in your eggs to your classroom and the room that collects the most eggs will win a 50 dollar gift certificate for their class! We also need a chair for this event at the festival. You would be responsible for gathering and making the eggs and also being the chair at the festival. There will be a workshop before the festival for other volunteers to come in and help make the eggs. If you need hours this is a great way to get them all in! Please contact Roni Fiolek if you are interested: ronifiolek@bellsouth.net
