It is now May 3. Please check your Parish Bulletin for Sacrament Meetings and Practices Transportation Reminder Please remember if you live in the Coatesville School District you may NOT ride on a Downingtown, Octorara, Owen J Roberts, Pequea Valley, or Twin Valley school bus. The same applies to Downingtown, Octorara, Owen J Roberts, Pequea Valley, and Twin Valley children riding Coatesville Buses. No permission can be given by the bus driver, teacher, or the office no matter what the circumstances are. School bus transportation is a privilege and the rules and regulations you signed in the beginning of the school year must be followed. These are not just PJPII rules and regulations--but the School Districts who follow Pennsylvania State regulations. Important--if a child is to go home by transportation other than his/her regular means, we must have a note or a fax (no s) addressed to their homeroom teacher, with the date, child s name and directions for dismissal. NO telephone calls can be accepted. If a child does not provide a written or fax from the parent requesting a change in transportation, the child will be dismissed from school according to the instructions you provided at the beginning of the school year. This is for your child s protection. Thank you for your cooperation. 2
