1 Server Settings All accunts we hst, regardless f the dmain name, will use the fllwing server settings. T use a secure cnnectin, use the settings marked "SSL." Incming Server Type: Server Name: Prt: POP3 pp. srvr.cm 110 IMAP imap. srvr.cm 143 POP3 with SSL secure. srvr.cm 995 IMAP with SSL secure. srvr.cm 993 Outging Server Type: Server Name: Prt: SMTP smtp. srvr.cm SMTP with SSL secure. srvr.cm , 587, 8025, r 2525 Outging servers require SMTP authenticatin. Micrsft Outlk users will need t manually enable this feature. Nte: When entering yur User Name, please enter yur entire address (e.g., [email protected]).

2 Set Up POP - iphne, ipad, ipd Steps are cmpatible with 3G and 4.0. T set up POP, d the fllwing: 1. Tap Settings. 2. Tap Mail, Cntacts, Calendars. 3. Tap Add Accunt. 4. Tap Other. 5. Tap Add Mail Accunt. 6. Enter the fllwing infrmatin in the spaces prvided: Name Enter yur first and last name. This is the name that will appear in the Frm field f messages yu send. Address Enter yur entire address (e.g., [email protected]). Passwrd Enter the passwrd fr yur accunt. Descriptin Enter a descriptive name fr the accunt (e.g., Wrk Accunt). This descriptin will be visible nly t yu. 7. Tap the Save buttn. 8. Tap the POP buttn. 9. Under bth the Incming Mail Server and Outging Mail Server sectins, enter the fllwing infrmatin: Hst Name Enter the secure server name: secure. srvr.cm User Name Enter yur entire address (e.g., [email protected]).

3 Passwrd Enter the passwrd fr yur accunt. 10. Tap the Save buttn. 11. The device will verify settings and return t the Mail, Cntacts, Calendars screen.

5 5. Tap the Save buttn and the device will verify settings and return t the Mail, Cntacts, Calendars screen. Cnfigure Default Flders 1. Tap Settings, Mail, Cntacts, Calendars, Select yur accunt, scrll dwn and Tap Advanced 2. Under Mailbx Behavirs, tap Drafts Mailbx. 3. Under On the Server, tap Drafts. 4. Tap Advanced and Tap the Sent Mailbx. 5. Under On the Server, tap Sent. 6. Tap Advanced and thentap Deleted Mailbx. 7. Under On the Server, tap Trash.

6 Set Up BIS - BlackBerry The BlackBerry setup steps vary depending n yur wireless prvider. Yu may need t cnsult the help dcumentatin prvided by yur prvider. T set up BlackBerry fr POP, d the fllwing: 1. On the BlackBerry, select the Settings icn, r n yur PC, lg int yur accunt at yur wireless service prvider s BlackBerry Internet Service website. See belw fr majr carriers: AT&T / Cingular: Nextel / Sprint: T-Mbile (U.S): Verizn: 2. Click the Set Up Accunt buttn. 3. Enter yur address, passwrd, and cnfirm passwrd. The validatin will fail since it is nt a partner accunt. 4. Click the I will prvide the settings t add this accunt ptin buttn. 5. Click the Next buttn. 6. Select This is my wrk accunt. 7. Click the Next buttn. 8. Click the I will prvide the settings t add this accunt ptin buttn. 9. Click the Next buttn. 10. Enter the fllwing infrmatin in the fields prvided: User Name Enter yur entire address, using all lwercase letters (e.g., [email protected]). Passwrd Enter the passwrd assciated with yur accunt. server Enter the secure server name: secure. srvr.cm Address Enter yur entire address, using all lwercase letters (e.g., [email protected]).

7 11. Click the Next buttn. Yu shuld begin receiving new messages in apprximately 20 minutes.

8 Set Up POP - Andrid T set up Andrid fr POP, d the fllwing: 1. Frm the Hme screen, tap the Applicatin buttn. 2. Tap the icn. 3. If this is yur first accunt, yu will be presented with an setup screen. Tap the Next buttn. Otherwise, press the Menu buttn, tap Accunts, press the Menu buttn, and tap Add accunt. 4. Enter yur entire address (e.g., [email protected]). 5. In the secnd bx, enter the passwrd assciated with yur accunt. 6. Tap the Manual setup buttn. 7. Tap the POP3 buttn. 8. Enter the fllwing infrmatin in the fields prvided: Username Enter yur entire address (e.g., [email protected]). Passwrd Enter the passwrd assciated with yur accunt. POP server Enter the secure server name: secure. srvr.cm Prt Enter the secure prt number: 995 Security type Select SSL. Nte: Be sure the Prt number is still Tap the Next buttn. The device will cnnect t the internet and check yur incming settings. 10. On the Outging server settings screen, enter the fllwing infrmatin in the fields prvided: SMTP server Enter the secure server name: secure. srvr.cm Prt Enter the secure prt number: 465 Security type Select SSL. Nte: Be sure the Prt number is still Tap the Require sign-in checkbx. 12. Tap the Next buttn. The device will cnnect t the internet and check yur utging settings.

9 13. On the Accunt ptins screen, make changes, as desired. 14. Tap the Next buttn. On the Set up screen, enter yur name in the Yur name field. This is the name that will be displayed in the Frm field f messages yu send. 15. Tap the Dne buttn.

T set up Windws Mbile fr POP, d the fllwing: 1. On yur Windws Mbile device, pen the Messaging applicatin and create a new accunt. 2. When Windws Mbile prmpts yu, enter the fllwing infrmatin in the fields prvided. User name Enter yur entire address, using all lwercase letters (e.g., [email protected]). Yur Name Enter yur name. This is the name that will be displayed when yu send an message. Passwrd Enter the passwrd assciated with yur accunt. Accunt type Select POP3. Name Enter a descriptive name fr the accunt (e.g., Wrk Accunt). 3. Enter the fllwing mail server infrmatin: Incming Mail: secure. srvr.cm:995 Outging Mail: secure. srvr.cm: Click the Require SSL cnnectin bx. 5. Click the Outging mail requires authenticatin bx.
