Already in Cnstitutin, n substantive change required. The Bard cncurs with this recmmendatin. Recmmendatin 2: That the Australian Super Rugby teams be recgnised as als having a key rle in the Game, with each current Team (and any future Teams) acknwledged as Members f ARU in their wn right. Special Reslutin requiring at least 75% f the vtes cast by members entitled t vte. The Bard cncurs with this recmmendatin. Recmmendatin 3: That Members agree t new vting rights determined n the fllwing basis: ne vte fr each Member Unin ne vte fr each Super Rugby team as a cnditin f their licence ne additinal vte fr each Member Unin with mre than 50,000 registered players (fr a maximum f ne additinal vte) ne vte fr the Rugby Unin Players Assciatin. Recmmendatin 5: That the fllwing prcess be adpted fr electing and appinting new Directrs: a fur persn nminatin cmmittee t be frmed each year cmprising the ARU Chair and anther representative selected by the Bard and tw representatives selected by the Members the cmmittee assesses candidates based n their skills and experience and the Bard s requirements and makes recmmendatins n a unanimus basis t Members at the AGM fr the electin f six Directrs the nminees are put t the Members f ARU at an AGM fr apprval n a twthirds vte in additin t the elected directrs, the Directrs may appint up t tw ther Directrs t the Bard that all Directrs be appinted fr three years and be eligible t serve a maximum f three terms in line with the current terms fr the Directrs appinted by the Member Unins Special Reslutin requiring at least 75% f the vtes cast by members entitled t vte. Recmmendatin 10: That ARU frm a jint Bard and management stakehlder cmmittee t help manage cmmunicatins and interactins with key stakehlders including Member Unins, Super Rugby Franchises, spnsrs and gvernment. Recmmendatin 11: That ARU cntinue t pursue the initiative f the current Chair t bring the Chairs f the Super Rugby teams tgether with CEOs and members f the ARU Bard, t prvide strategic as well as peratinal fcus t the Super Rugby Cmmissin.
