1 PRIVATE EVENTS With three function rooms and extensive grounds, Esher Rugby Football Club offers flexible and generous facilities that can accommodate everything from a small private dining experience to a dinner dance for up to 120 people or an informal drinks party, finger buffet and dance for up to 300. Located in Hersham Surrey, Esher Rugby Football Club is easily accessed by road and rail, with car parking facilities for up to 300 cars and an excellent rail line only 30 minutes from London Waterloo. With professional event management and catering, Esher Rugby Football Club has everything you need to make your event a success.

2 THE FUNCTION ROOMS The Downey Suite The largest of our functions rooms the Downey Suite provides an ideal setting for informal evening functions for up to 300 guests, dinner dances seating up to 120 comfortably with a dance floor or, formal dinners for 150 without dance floor. For larger events the room can be extended with a marquee to the side, or used combined with the adjacent Ian Brackenbury Suite. Self contained with its own bar and toilet facilities the room is purposely a blank canvas which can be dressed, decorated and staged to create the perfect ambience and setting for your special event. The Ian Brackenbury Suite At the heart of the Clubhouse sits the Ian Brackenbury Suite a rugby themed room with trophies, plaques, Esher RFC memorabilia and multiple flat screen televisions. With views over the immaculate 1st XV pitch and opening out to a covered patio area the Ian Brackenbury Suite also benefits from a feature wood-burning fireplace and large bar. Most suited for social events and parties, informal networking events, breakfasts or themed evenings it is also ideal for use as a reception room in conjunction with the Downey Suite. The Anna Jones Suite The smallest of the function rooms, the Anna Jones Suite provides the ideal setting for private dining for up to 16 guests or an informal gathering or drinks and canape reception for up to 50 guests. With the added benefit of its own bar and views over the 1st XV pitch it also has its own private covered patio area for outside entertaining.

3 Catering The club's in-house chefs and events team are happy to work with you to create menu's to suit your specific requirements, whether you be looking for an informal fare such as a BBQ, Hog Roast or Finger Buffet to a more formal private dining experience. Sample menus are attached. Licensing Hours Sunday to Thursday Last orders 10.45pm; bar closes at 11.00pm Vacate by 11.15pm Friday and Saturday Last Orders 12.15; bar closes 12.30am Vacate by 12.45am Late licenses are subject to application.
