10 TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOKING FORM 1. Middlesbrough Football Club reserves the right to cancel or rearrange the date and/or time of your booking should it coincide with a matchday fixture. You will be contacted as soon as we receive fixture confirmation to discuss alternative dates. All availability is subject to fixtures. 2. Middlesbrough Football Club may withdraw a date from sale should there be insufficient interest. The Club will endeavour to provide an alternative date at the same price subject to availability, or refund payments made. 3. Unless advised otherwise the event will go ahead regardless of weather / other adverse conditions. Your booking is for the entire event should there be a cancellation of act, we will endeavour to supply alternative or re-schedule another booking. Should the club need to cancel an event for any reason, guests will be offered an alternative event or a credit for the contracted amount. 4. Middlesbrough Football Club does not offer a refund policy other than in exceptional circumstances where the decision is at the discretion of the management. 5. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of per person. This is required within 15 days of the booking. If your party numbers decrease we regret that any deposit paid will be lost and cannot be used against your final balance or payment against any other products or services, i.e alcoholic beverages. 6. On receipt of deposit you will receive a booking confirmation and a menu choice grid. 7. Full payment, menu choices and if you have any type of food allergy or dietary requirements to be returned no later than 30 days prior to your event. In the event that your final balance has not been received by the due date, there will be no further reminders and your booking may be cancelled with no refund. 8. All party dates will be shared with other parties unless a private booking is made. Private rooms are available please call our Sales team for further information. 9. If you require special seating arrangements, requests will be noted but no guarantees will be given. Large parties may be split between more than one table. However they will be seated in the same area. 10. Party organisers only are required to liaise on all aspects of the booking; any alterations will not be taken from any other party guests. 11. Numbers that have been booked are the numbers you expect to attend; it is not always possible to increase numbers. 12. A decrease in numbers within 15 working days of the event will be amended on the booking but no refund given. 13. Middlesbrough Football Club operates a full No Smoking Policy inclusive of E-Cigarettes. 14. No outside alcohol can be brought onto or consumed on our licensed premises. No exceptions of any kind are made in this regard. 15. The Party Organiser is responsible for the behaviour and actions of their guests while at Middlesbrough Football Club. Inappropriate behaviour may result in your event being stopped early or cancelled. 16. All prices include VAT. 17. Dress Code smart dress and no training shoes. 18.
