1 WKU Health and Science Complex Catering Order Instructions Your Medical Center Food and Nutrition Services Team are pleased to extend our catering knowledge and skills. Getting started on your catered event is always the toughest part. Ordering an event can be accomplished in 4 easy steps. Details 1. Reserve your event location To reserve a location, contact the Medical Center Food Service Department at (270) or your request to catering@chc.net with the Subject Title WKU Conference Center Reservation 2. Review the Catering Menu Menu is listed on following pages and posted on The Medical Center s Website at: The web link will lead you to the Catering Order Form. You may view the ecatering Menu and Order Instructions by clicking on the Download Catering Menu & Order Instructions link located above the order form. Decide your selections. You may contact the Catering Manager and Executive Chef at (270) or send an request to catering@chc.net for help. The menu offers a variety of specialties. However, you are not limited to the items on the menu. We are happy to work with you during your planning. 3. Complete the Order Form When ready to order, utilize the Catering Order Form. Complete the Event Information section. Mark the small square boxes in the Menu Choices section. Single click on your desired selection(s). Use the Additional Instructions section to inform us of any specific information about your event such as, Three of my guests are vegetarians, etc. 4. Submit your Order via Click the Submit button once your order form is complete. Requests must be submitted preferably 72 business hours in advance of the event date.
