11 Other Costs & Incidentals Rooms: The Luxurious Bridal Suite located in the Manor House and two further Superior Double bedrooms for the parents will be complimentary on the night of the wedding. We will be delighted to reserve ten bedrooms for you on the night of your wedding at a discounted wedding rate. Once those rooms are booked, we will then be delighted to reserve a further allocation for you. All rooms booked must be secured with a booking deposit. Why not inform your guests to save the date of your wedding and book their accommodation early in order to avoid disappointment. Our reservations team will contact you 8 weeks before the date and any unnamed rooms will be automatically released six weeks prior to your wedding date. Bar Extension: Please let us know at least three months in advance of your wedding date if you require a late bar extension. 540 (price may be subject to change). V.A.T.: All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. 9% This may fluctuate in line with government policy. Service Charge: There is no additional Service Charge. Gratuities are at the discretion of the customer. All gratuities are placed in a staff account managed by the staff. Chair Covers: While chair covers are not included in the packages, we would be happy to assist you to source these as an additional cost. Terms & Conditions Once you have decided on Dundrum House Hotel as the venue for your wedding, two deposits will be required to secure your booking. The first nonrefundable deposit of 1000 is payable on confirmation of the date. A second deposit of 1000 is also non refundable and is required to be paid six months prior to the wedding date. These deposits can be paid by cash, bankers draft or personal cheque. All provisional bookings will only be held for 14 days from the date of booking and will automatically be released once this time elapses. Full arrangements & menu details are required six (6) weeks prior to your wedding day. An appointment should be made in advance to meet with the Wedding Co-ordinator. Menu prices will vary subject to seasonal availability of certain products and Governmental charges. Only food and beverages supplied by the hotel may be consumed on the premises (Health & Safety regulations). All accounts must be settled in full on departure by Bankers Draft, Laser/Debit Card, Cash or Personal Cheque. A surcharge will be applied where Credit Cards are used for payment. Any outstanding balances must be settled on departure. The hotel must have final numbers of guests attending at least 48 hours prior to your wedding. This is the minimum number of people for which you will be charged. Increases in guest numbers attending will be charged accordingly, space and extra staff permitting, with no obligation on the hotel. The Wedding Meal will be served no later than 6pm. Payment of the first deposit indicates acceptances and understanding of the Terms and Conditions. The hotel reserves the right to refund deposits in circumstances when a booking is made through a third party or under false pretences. Prospective clients must also meet a member of management by appointment prior to acceptance of first deposit. The hotel may cancel the event in circumstances where the hotel has reason to believe that the booking might prejudice the reputation of the hotel. We offer your guests a special overnight accommodation rate based on availability. All individual bookings are to be guaranteed by deposit of 50 per person. All unnamed rooms will be released six weeks prior to the wedding date. Accommodation deposits are non refundable. Entertainment must end by 2 am. The function room must be fully vacated by 2.30 am. Please ensure your guests have made suitable transport arrangements.
