Our aim is to help you to have a successful conference or meeting in the surroundings that are spacious and comfortable. We have arrangements in place with several partners to offer you a range of additional activities from team building, golf, surfing, and equestrian and are happy to help you to coordinate these. Since opening in 1999 we have built a reputation as an excellent choice of venue for meetings and conferences, with theatre style capacity for up to 600 people in our main conference suite The Gaultier Room at the Woodlands Hotel was constructed with modern meeting requirements in mind. Fully air conditioned throughout, with a variety of lighting options, easy ground floor access.

Trek around two lakes through woodlands or down a four mile stretch of sandy beach. A mountain trek is also available for larger groups. For safety reasons there is no beach trek available in the summer time but the lake and mountain trails are available all year around. etourstables.ie Land and water activity: Include two hours kayaking, rock climbing, abseiling, power boating, teambuilding, sailing, archery, surfing or pedal boating. Sea Kayaking: Experience the spectacular views of Waterford s fabulous Copper Coast during a two and a half hour sea kayaking adventure.
