19 What needs mre wrk? Brader interactin with sciety (ptential emplyers and ther stakehlders) needs further intensificatin. Sharing ideas with ur prfessrs t make sure we develp a cmmn visin, supprted by all. This requires a cntinuing dialgue at all relevant hierarchical levels. Making sure that yung PhD researchers actively wn their prject and behave pr-actively rather than receptively/passively requires a cnstant effrt that needs further finetuning 19
