TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Anyone reserving places for the Party Lunch, Dinner Party Nights, Cabaret Nights, New Years Eve Dinner and Gala Dinner Dance must complete and return the relevant pre-order form, from within this brochure, simply record in the boxes next to the menu how many in your party have chosen each dish. 2. A deposit of per person is required for all functions and 10 per person for Party Lunches. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid to confirm the booking. 3. Full payment and pre-order for your whole party must be received 4 weeks prior to your parties booking, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. 4. All bookings are provisional until a deposit has been paid, your reservation will be automatically released if the deposit is not paid. 5. If your party would like wine with their meal you are advised to order your wine at least 7 days before the event to avoid disappointment on the evening. Full payment is required on ordering. 6. Unfortunately, no accounts can be given on the evening of your party. 7. The dress code for the event is smart casual. 8. Should your party be responsible for any damages to the hotel, the repair/ replacement costs will be added to your bill. 9.
