Terms & Conditions HOW TO BOOK We can tailor packages or functions to meet your requirements, from private drinks functions to DJ entertainment, so speak to our Christmas Co-ordinator today and add some extra fizz to your celebrations. Your choice of menu and any special dietary requirements must be advised 10 days prior to your event. A credit card guaranteed will be required for all bedroom bookings. For any queries, or to visit our Victorian hotel, please call our Christmas Co-ordinator on or PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit of per person is required to confirm your booking. The total balance outstanding is required 28 days prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will be automatically cancelled. Deposits, part payments and full payments are not refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We recommend that you take out event insurance to cover you in the case of cancellation. Any other charges on the day of the event must be settled on the day. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (with a valid bankers card), credit card or BACS. OTHER CONDITIONS Notification of changes can only be accepted from the party organiser. In the event of any event having to be cancelled by Thistle Hyde Park an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel or Thistle Hotels. We retain the right to cancel your booking at any time should the hotel be closed due to events beyond our control. The reward for the party organiser By booking 50 people or more for a Christmas party we ll give you a complimentary one-night stay in January 2013 in one of our luxury Junior Suites (subject to availability).
