To book, please call To make a booking We require a per person deposit for all bookings with the exception of Christmas Day lunch and New Year s Eve when a per person deposit is required. Payment of deposit is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days. If the deposit has not been received within 14 days the booking may be released without prior notification. The total balance outstanding is required 21 days prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will be automatically cancelled. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Cancellation policy Deposits, part payments and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We recommend that you take out event insurance to cover you in the case of cancellation. In the event of a cancellation by Thistle Cheltenham an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel or Thistle Hotels. Food and drink Menus are correct at the time of print and may be subject to change. Some special diets can be catered for individually, providing we are aware of them in advance. Please be aware that food items may contain traces of nuts. Menu choices and special dietary requirements must be supplied no later than 21 days prior to the event date to ensure efficient service of your chosen meal. If menu choices are not received then your party will be served chef s choice of meal. Beverages of any kind are not permitted to be brought into the hotel by event guests. Bar accounts can only be set up if a credit card preauthorisation is given. Drinks vouchers can be redeemed on bottles of Stella or Becks, glasses of 125ml house wine and a selection of soft drinks.
