The views from the hotel are magnificent on a clear night. 8pm for 8.30pm buffet and dance till late - early bookings recommended. 15 - TERMS & CONDITIONS - All prices are per person unless otherwise stated. All bookings must be secured with a deposit of per person within 14 days of booking. Christmas day & New year s eve require a 25 per person deposit. All bookings are provisional until deposits are received. Instalment payments can be made leading up to the event. Final balances will be due in full one calendar month before the event or meal. Guests unable to attend on the day cannot transfer the booking and will not receive any refunds. This is also the case for bedroom bookings. All events and meals (except Supper with Santa, Boxing Day & New Year s Eve Gala Buffet) require a pre-order of your choice of menu. Cheques are only accepted as deposit or pre-payment up to 4 weeks prior to the date of your booking and should be made payable to Pennine Manor Hotel Ltd. Payments made within 4 weeks of your booking must be made by cash, debit or credit card. Please note on New Year s Eve bedrooms can only be booked as part of our New Year s Eve Buffet/Dinner package.
