The Conference will feature the AECM General Assembly, a number of presentations relevant for the candle industry as well as a supplier table top exhibition. 3 Conference fee The fee for participating in the AECM Conference 2016 is as follows: Early bird rate (ends 28/02/2016) excl VAT* Registration Rate from 1 March 2016 excl VAT* AECM Member Members of the Polish National Candle Association Non Member * Polish VAT legislation will apply to these prices The fee includes: Entrance to the Supplier Table top Exhibition Attendance at the Sessions Welcome reception on 16 th June Lunch on Friday 17 th and Saturday 18 th June Dinner on Friday, 17 th June Social event on Saturday 18 th June Gala Dinner on Saturday 18 th June Spouse Programme 17 th June The fee does not include: Accommodation The fee includes participation in all scheduled social events and meetings except the AECM Annual General Meeting Technical Committee meeting and Secretary Generals meeting, which are reserved for AECM members. Please register via this link Supplier Table top Exhibition The Supplier Table top Exhibition will begin at 9.00 on Friday 17 th June and will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in the vicinity of the conference sessions. This allows participants to visit the supplier table top exhibition at their own leisure during coffee breaks as well as enabling them to attend the sessions of their choosing. Accommodation After registering for the AECM Conference you will be prompted to book your accommodation. Please note the deadline for reserving accommodation at the Radisson Blu Hotel is 31 March After that date the room block will be released and hotel rooms can not be guaranteed anymore. A special discounted rate for participants of the AECM Convention has been arranged with the hotel: double room: 170 euro, single room: 160 euro (incl breakfast, VAT and internet access). Gala dinner The gala dinner will take place at the beautiful Wieliczka salt mine in Krakow. Evening dress is requested. Sponsorship and Exhibition AECM offers different kind of sponsorships (coffee break, lunch, dinner, social event sponsorships) and the opportunity to participate in the supplier table top exhibition (suppliers can book a table top to present their products/company).
