2 Step 2 Your Order: You are herewith offered to book space in the table-top exhibition to take place in the social area of the ERA Convention 2015, on 3-4 June, or to become a sponsor of the European Rental Awards dinner taking place in the evening of 3 June 2015 or of the ERA Convention. I - Exhibition Spaces All spaces include basic furniture (1 table and 2 chairs) and one 220V electricity plug. Spaces will be allocated on a first come - first served basis as from 1 March All prices include VAT where applicable. II - European Rental Awards Dinner Gold sponsorship Benefits of the Gold sponsorship include: - Table at the European Rental Awards dinner (10 seats); - Two banners to be displayed on stage during European Rental Awards dinner (size 200*80cm, to be provided by the sponsor). Silver Sponsorship Benefits of the Silver sponsorship include: - Logo printed on the menu cards of European Rental Awards dinner. Sponsorship of the ERA Cocktail Benefits of the ERA Cocktail sponsorship include: - Welcome banners to be displayed at entrance and throughout the reception area; - Branding on flags in reception area.

Sponsorship of the luncheon Benefits of the ERA luncheon sponsorship include: - Banners to be displayed in the luncheon area; - Branding on flags in luncheon area. Sponsorship of a coffee break Benefits of the ERA coffee break sponsorship include: - Banners to be displayed in the coffee break area; - Branding on flags in the coffee break area. 6 ERA Convention 2015 General Terms and Conditions of the Event Registration and Cancellation Policy The present terms and conditions apply to the table top exhibition organized in the framework of the European Rental Association s 2015 Convention on 3-4 June 2015 as well as to sponsorship of the European Rental Awards dinner in the evening of 3 June 2015 and of the ERA Convention. Both events are taking place in the Hotel Melia Roma Aurelia Antica, 223, Via degli Aldobrandeschi, Rome, Italia. 1 Description of Table-Top Exhibition Alongside the ERA Convention, in the area where social events (cocktails, coffee breaks ) will be taking place and just outside the meeting rooms for breakout sessions, a table-top exhibition will be organized. The European Rental Association will be providing exhibitors with exhibition space and one table, two chairs and one electricity plug (220V, 1.1kW). The furniture provided will be the same for all stands. On the space allocated to them, exhibitors are free to display banner stands, brochures, small objects or to display presentations on a computer. It is strictly forbidden to display exhibits outside the allocated space, as well as to display large or heavy exhibits (above 50 kg). Set-up of the table-top exhibition starts at 8.00 on 3 June 2015 and ends at on that day. Dismantling starts at and ends at on 4 June Exhibition space allocation Space will be allocated on a first come first served basis as from 1 March No space will be allocated as long as payment is not received in full. 3 Sponsorship of the European Rental Awards dinner Benefits of the Gold sponsorship include: - Table at the European Rental Awards dinner (10 seats); - Two banners to be displayed on stage during European Rental Awards dinner (size 200*80cm, to be provided by the sponsor) Benefits of the Silver sponsorship include:

7 4 Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by the exhibitor / sponsor Exhibitors and sponsors can cancel their participation until 1 March Until that date, payments already received will be refunded (limited to the amount paid). However, a fee of 200 EUR will be charged to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be handled after the event. In case of cancellation after 1 March 2015 or in case of no-show, fees paid will not be refunded. 5 Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by the organiser If the European Rental Association cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, fees will be refunded to the exhibitors / sponsors. However, refunds are limited to the amount paid by exhibitors / sponsors. The European Rental Association is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by exhibitors / sponsors as a consequence of the cancellation. In the event that the ERA Convention 2015 would be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of God or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the European Rental Association, no refund shall be made. Exhibitors / sponsors waive all claims for damage in this case.
