2 IMPCA INTERNATIONAL METHANOL PRODUCERS & CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION OUR MISSION: To provide an effective means of communication on matters of general and appropriate interest to our members within the global methanol industry. IMPCA is pleased to announce the 28 th Mini-Conference, which will be held in Porto, Portugal on the 9 th and 10 th of June This conference is an excellent occasion for executives of companies operating within the methanol industry to meet each other in surroundings that are conducive to open discussions of issues facing the industry today. As in previous years, excellent Networking opportunities have been included in the programme to allow for business development. The speaker programme will focus on the current issues in methanol markets. TIMING AND CONFERENCE VENUE The Mini-Conference will take place on Thursday 9 th and Friday 10 th June, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Porto. It will start with a Wine Tasting (graciously sponsored by SONAE INDUSTRIA and SCHUPP IBERICA) prior to the traditional Networking Dinner Cruise on Thursday 9 th June and will finish at approximately 12:30 on Friday 10 th June with a seated Buffet Networking Lunch. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? The Mini-Conference will be of interest to methanol producers and consumers; traders; distributors; transport and logistics companies; ship-owners; terminal owners and operators; port authorities; consultants; in short, operations managers of companies involved in the production, handling or movement of methanol and derivatives. PROGRAMME You will be able to collect your registration documents on Thursday, 9 th June from 14:00 to 17:00 at the registration desk located on the second floor of the hotel. The Ordinary Meeting of Full members will take place at 16:30 on Thursday 9 th June in the meeting room Braganca situated on the second floor of the hotel, prior to the start of the Conference programme. The Mini-Conference starts with a Wine Tasting prior to the Networking Dinner Cruise on the Douro on the evening of 9 th June, allowing delegates to meet and greet with their peers in an informal and convivial manner. Bus transfers will be organised to/from the boat. The conference itself will take place on the morning of Friday 10 th June at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, from 8:30 to 12:30. LANGUAGE The official language for the conference is English. There will be no translation to other languages. All conference documents will be in English. REGISTRATION If you wish to attend the Mini-Conference, you can register either through the IMPCA website; using the personal username and password that has been ed to you or by completing and returning the attached registration form to IMPCA Brussels by fax or on or before Friday 16 th May, A confirmation of your registration will be sent upon receipt of your payment.

3 REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE MINI-CONFERENCE ARE AS FOLLOWS: IMPCA Member delegates for registration and payment received on or Before 22 nd April 2016 at midnight CET 420 (23% VAT excl) After 22 nd April 2016 at midnight CET 520 (23% VAT excl) Non-Member delegates for registration and payment received on or Before 22 nd April 2016 at midnight CET 820 (23% VAT excl) After 22 nd April 2016 at midnight CET 920 (23% VAT excl) Spouse/Companion 170 (23% VAT excl) The spouse/companion category may only be used to register a person who is a wife, husband, fiancé (e). Co-worker, colleague, business partner or client excluded On-site Registration: IMPCA Member delegates 600 (23% VAT excl) Non-Member delegates 1000 (23% VAT excl) The registration fee for all Early Bird registrations must be received by 20 th April, 2016 midnight CET at the latest. Payments not received for Early Bird registrations by 20 th April will lose the Early Bird status and the full registration fee will be automatically charged. Registration by , fax or post will incur a surcharge of 70 on top of the above mentioned registration fees. In accordance with article 21, 3, 3 of the Belgian VAT Code and article 53 of Directive 2006/112/EC, local (Portuguese) VAT of 23% shall be charged on every invoice IMPCA issues for the Mini-Conference in Porto, regardless of the country of origin of the member company or of the delegate. The registration fees include: Attendance to the conference and an electronic version of the presentations (In English) Access to the list of registered participants containing contact details Wine Tasting (sponsored by EuroResinas Indístrias Quimicas and SCHUPP IBERICA) Networking Dinner on board of the ship Esplendor Do Douro, dinner drinks included Bus transfer to and from the Esplendor Do Douro Welcome Coffee Standing Breakfast Attendance at Business Sessions on Friday morning Coffee Break on Friday morning Closing Networking Buffet Lunch on Friday Registration fees are payable in EURO by : Credit card using American Express, Mastercard/Eurocard or Visa. Or by Bank transfer to the IMPCA bank account number at: ING Bank, Agence Val D Or, Avenue de Tervueren 270, Brussels - account number : BIC Code: BBRUBEBB / IBAN Code: BE All payments should include bank commission charges. Please also mention the delegate s name and company along with the reference number provided in the registration acknowledgement. In case of payment by bank transfer, please make sure fees are transferred before May 16 th (value date). After that date, we ask you to pay by either credit card or cash at meeting. The number of available places is limited. Registration will take place, upon receipt of registration fee, on a first come, first served basis. It is therefore recommended to register and pay the registration fee before May 16 th.

4 No invoice will be issued without a correct VAT number. The cancellation policy for the meeting registration is as follows: Cancellation received on or before May 16 th 2016 : 50% refund Cancellation received after May 16 th 2016 : no refund No-shows no refund Note on Registration to the Mini-Conference: Preferred method of registration is through the IMPCA website where it is also possible to pay the registration fee by credit card. Note on Hotel Booking: The rooms will be reserved on a first come, first served basis WINE TASTING NETWORKING COCKTAIL DINNER CRUISE CLOSING LUNCH The programme will start with a Wine Tasting on Thursday 9 th June (sponsored by EuroResinas Indístrias Quimicas and SCHUPP IBERICA) at the Yeatman Hotel followed by a Networking Buffet Dinner on board of the Esplendor Do Douro.

5 This reception along with the wine tasting is reserved for registered delegates and their officially registered spouse/companion. It is necessary to have your conference badge. A bus transfer will be organised from the conference hotel to the Wine Tasting venue, from there to the Esplendor Do Douro for the Networking Buffet Dinner and return to the hotel. The ship will set sail at 19:45 and wil return to berth around 23:45. IMPCA OGM The Ordinary General Meeting of the Members will take place from 16:30 to 17:00 on Thursday 9 th June in the meeting room Braganca situated on the second floor of the hotel, prior to the start of the conference programme. Member Representatives of IMPCA member companies are requested to attend. CONFERENCE PROGRAMME The Business Sessions will commence on Friday morning 10 th June and will last until lunch. The programme will include a review of the Methanol Market, a Formaldehyde Outlook, Nitrogen Market Trends with Focus on Technical Urea along with an Update on Board and the Laminates Industries. A preliminary programme is included with this brochure. Additional practical information for delegates will be ed to all registered delegates approximately one week before the conference. The list of registered delegates will be available in hard copy at the conference.
