Olio extra vergine di oliva toscano IGP On each of our tables, you will find a bottle of first-class olive oil with its intensely fruity and Mediterranen flavour. Swiss Gourmet Beef «grand cru» Our beef comes exclusively from Switzerland. For our Tagliata di manzo, we use our Swiss Gourmet Beef Grand Cru, which is left to mature on the bone for 6 8 weeks. Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Produced by hand using non-pasteurised milk and matured to the real Stravecchio over a period of 36 months. Burrata pugliese Burrata came about purely by chance. Before the invention of the refrigerator, the Apulian mammas used to preserve butter by wrapping it in a Mozzarella ball. To this technique, we owe our cheese speciality.
