6 Drying Ovens Calibratin and measuring labratry EUROPEAN UNION Prject cfinanced by the EUROPEAN UNION frm the Eurpean ReginalDevelpment Fund cmplex cntrl f labratry equipment intrduced Quality Management System accrding t PNEN ISO 9001 and PNEN ISO/IEC regulatins pssibility f cntrl perfrming directly in a Custmer's labratry after each cntrl a calibratin certificate r cntrl certificate is made ut with all the uncertainty given in the dcument Wrking t accrding ISO 9001 and PNEN ISO/IEC Temperature variatin testing Our labratry perfrms temperature variatin (hmgeneity) testing in all the thermstatic devices available n the market (thermstatic cabinets, heating vens, drying vens, incubatrs als with cling systems) in a temperature range frm 70 C t + C. Testing is perfrmed with ten channel high precisin and accuracy thermmeter (ttal uncertainty f the methd: ±0,04 C), which is calibrated at accredited calibratin labratry. Testing can be made in an empty r filled device, bth in ur and in Custmer's labratry. It is perfrmed accrding t DIN 1288 regulatin and EUROMET dcument: Calibratin f Climatic Chambers (editin 01/2006). The number f measuring pints and their psitining may be als specified by a Custmer (maximum 27 pints inside the chamber). Qualificatins Prcedures Apart frm temperature variatin testing, ur labratry perfrms als qualificatin prcedures (IQ, OQ, PQ) fr all types f thermstatic devices. IQ, OQ and PQ qualificatin prcedures are required mstly in pharmaceutical industry (als in veterinary pharmacy), as well in csmetics, cleaners and detergents industry, bitechnlgical applicatins, bld dnatin canters and many, many thers. Installatin Qualificatin (IQ) ensures that an instrument r a device is received as designed and specified. It prves and dcuments the installatin in the selected user envirnment. Operatinal Qualificatin (OQ) demnstrates that an instrument r a device will functin accrding t its peratinal specificatin (in all the specified limits) in the selected envirnment. Perfrmance Qualificatin (PQ) demnstrates that an instrument r a device cnsistently perfrms accrding t a specificatin apprpriate fr its rutine use.
