THE COMPANY IS HEADQUARTERED IN LONDON AND IS CURRENTLY SETTING UP OFFICES IN THE US AND SOUTH EAST ASIA. We ve already got a significant footprint in the US market, but to serve our clients even better we re building a dedicated US team. We re now looking for a talented, experienced and motivated sales professional to lead our US presence. Our VP Sales is someone with a proven track record. Senior-level contacts across agency and client-direct is a must. Experience in the kids market is definitely a plus but not required if you can demonstrate ability. You ll be joining a rapidly growing company which has achieved a global footprint in kids media over the past 18 months. CLIENTS INCLUDE LEGO, WARNER BROS, HASBRO, DISNEY, NINTENDO AND MANY OTHERS. The Campaign Manager is responsible for all aspects of campaign delivery across the SuperAwesome Platform. You are the main day-to-day contact for your clients whilst managing their campaigns and must ensure excellence and consistency in campaign execution, performance and client management. As a Campaign Manager you will also demonstrate a clear understanding of the financial aspects of campaign delivery and exhibit industry expertise. You will be reporting to the Head of Production. Due to rapid growth and expansion into new territories, the company is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious financial controller (FC) to join its small finance team in London. The FC will be responsible for implementing robust financial controls and systems to support the company s growth, and for managing the day-to-day accounting processes. The role will have the potential to grow into a Finance Manager or Finance Director role. 11 FINANCIAL CONTROLLER CONTINUED Reporting to the CFO/COO, the FD will also prepare monthly analytics reports for Board Packs and assist the CFO with budgeting, forecasting and corporate performance analysis, as well as corporate finance initiatives, including equity capital raising and mergers & acquisitions. SKILLS Accounting qualification with at least 3 years post qualification experience in a controller or FD role Highly numerate and clear communicator; IT literate with good Excel skills, as well as relevant accounting software skills Experience with invoice discounting / factoring a plus Experience with the online advertising industry and its working capital cycle a plus Knowledge of international consolidated accounting a plus You can get stuff done You re self-motivated, rigorous and detail-oriented.
