Cornerstone s mission is to empower people to reach their spiritual, relational and emotional potential through exceptional counseling and personal development services. 3 STAFF ACCOUNTANT This newly created position will support the finance team and the company in ensuring financial integrity by recording, verifying, and reconciling transactions ensuring accurate financial reporting. CCCOC is looking for a staff accountant who is passionate about using their financial skills and experience to support the mission of psychological healing and join a dynamic and growing organization. Some flexibility in hours is allowed but the employee must be available during the core work hours of 9:30 to 3:30, and is required to be on site Monday Friday. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION may include the following: Analysis and Reconciliation of Cash Depository Accounts General Ledger Account Reconciliations Preparation and Entry of Journal Entries Invoice Data Entry and Accounts Payable Processing Partner and Client Billing and Accounts Receivable Management Revenue and Transaction Recording Payroll Processing Month End Close Support the year-end financial close Assist with annual financial audit and tax return preparation Assist with budgets and forecasts Support CFO with financial and operational data analysis Support the month end financial reporting process QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Work Experience: o Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Equivalent Experience o Proficiency in QuickBooks o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word o Great oral and written communication skills o Knowledge of Medical or Mental Health segments a plus o Experience with medical billing would be a plus Skills and Abilities: o Demonstrate ability to operate independently with minimal daily direction o Successful candidate will have ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement o Must be a self-starter and work effectively in a fast-paced environment o Must be detail and accuracy oriented o Must have the ability to meet assigned deadlines and present information in a timely manner o Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work load and projects o Ability to demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities o Must have excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

5 DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT This newly created position will oversee the creation and execute the development of an integrated marketing and business development effort to advance and increase the impact of our counseling center programs. CCCOC is looking for a result-driven, entrepreneurial individual to join a dynamic and growing organization and expand the mission of bringing emotional and psychological healing throughout Chicagoland. Position Overview Reporting to the CEO and working with the board-led marketing committee, the Director of Marketing and Business Development will be expected to establish and implement a compressive and effective marketing effort that will help build the foundation a sustainable organizational future that is poised for growth. The Director of Marketing and Business Development must have the ability to think strategically and act tactically to develop, analyze, manage and execute all marketing and communications functions with a focus on heightened brand awareness, strategic relationship development and client acquisition. CCCOC has four key target audiences: Pastors and churches Private paying clients Medical practices and hospitals Schools and educators The Director of Marketing and Business Development will be expected to develop and implement strategies appropriate for these target audiences. The ideal candidate will bring a creative yet practical approach to marketing, with an underlying strength in analysis and communication. He or she will be someone with a disciplined and analytical background who can act quickly on execution. This person must have a proven track record of marketing success and be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment. The perfect candidate will be willing to roll up their sleeves and act, while also having the ability to manage part-time staff and interns. Responsibilities of the Position: This professional will be expected to oversee CCCOC s long-term marketing vision while consistently producing measurable shortterm successes along the way. Success and accountability will be based on agreed-upon metrics. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategic Planning and Implementation Develop a long term marketing and business strategies and accompanying plan. Utilize market and internal information to set goals and strategies. Provide regular benchmarks on progress toward goals. Engage a diverse and effective use of marketing innovations and strategies that inspire engagement, partnerships and recognition. Development and Execution Develop and execute a client acquisition plan targeted toward key markets. Create business paths to the new and yet-to-be-understood health care system. Determine and institute the essential business and marketing elements necessary to establish a competitive therapy practice in the Chicago marketplace. Increase public image and visibility by Identifying, refining and executing a branding effort. Oversee and execute organizational marketing materials. Oversee and execute brand consistency and proper messaging across all communication platforms including media, external newsletters and promotions, social media and website. Assess and evaluate existing website and determine its effectiveness. Oversee and execute a website overhaul if necessary. Create engaging and targeted advertising and promotions designed to grow therapy client base. Develop a strategic partnership development plan to support goals. Lead effort to implement best customer service practices and infuse new tactics to reflect the brand and core values of the Center.

6 Management and Administration Recruit and manage one two marketing communications and/or donor relations staff and interns. Work directly with the board-led marketing committee. Communicate and work directly with the staff on all marketing related matters. Provide leadership to and coordinate with departmental staff to ensure that marketing and communications efforts are coordinated, consistent and appropriate. Prepare reports and performance metrics and analyze as needed. Mentor and guide other staff in the best practices of marketing as they carry out supportive roles. Oversee departmental budget. QUALIFICATIONS: Education and work experience: o Bachelor s or higher education degree in business development, marketing, public relations, or other related discipline. o Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing, sales, or related experience in a similar field. o Experience in healthcare and branding a plus. o Experience excelling within fast-paced, high energy environments. o Proven track record of working across an organization, with a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing solutions. o Demonstrated track record of strong leadership. Skills and Abilities: o Strong presence, strategic judgment and common sense necessary for effective leadership. o Strong analytic, interpersonal skills, and writing skills. o Innovative and critical thinking skills, ability to solve problems. o Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. o Ability to integrate grass roots and low-cost marketing approaches, in addition to cost-based strategies. o Understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms. o Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills. 7 LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST/CLINICAL TRAINEE SUPERVISOR CCCOC is seeking fully licensed clinical PhD and/ or PsyD psychologists to join a dynamic and growing organization to provide services to a predominantly Christian population and supervision to clinicians in training. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION may include the following: Clinical counseling services for individual/couples/family. Sessions range from minutes, with clients typically coming in once/week for 8-12 weeks or more. o Full time (40 hours) requirement of 25 clinical session hours/week. o Part time (minimum 24 hours) requirement of 15 clinical session hours/week. Clinical supervision for pre-doctoral and post-doctoral residents on weekly basis. Crisis intervention as needed. Marketing and outreach to assist in building up and maintaining caseload. Providing professional consultation and seminars to businesses and churches. Up-keep of clinical records and compliance with organization s clinical and personnel policies and procedures. Attendance to weekly team meeting Fridays from 1:30 3:30 p.m. to include participation in peer case consultation and team development trainings. Participation in weekly on-boarding supervision on weekly basis with seasoned staff member for 6 12 months and participation in licensed peer consultation weekly. Qualifications: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or other related field. License for independent practice in the State of Illinois. Minimum of 3 years post-training experience treating adults, children, adolescents and families in an out-patient setting. Experience in clinical service delivery for diverse urban populations with demonstrated skills for culturally competent care. Experience offering clinical supervision preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills (English required; bi-lingual capabilities a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient level of computer skills (Windows XP, MS Word, Excel). Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to CCCOC s mission. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidates will be able to function as generalist practitioners, but development of niche populations encouraged. CCCOC is currently offers an adult-focused therapy track or child-focused therapy track. Services are provided at main office in Near North area of Chicago, and some off-site at partner agencies and churches throughout Chicago-land area. Minimum of 2 evenings until 9:00 p.m. or Saturday required for client scheduling. Spanish fluency and other languages common to Chicago are preferred. Some marketing/networking to build up client caseload required. INFORMATION ABOUT CCCOC S CLIENTELE: Age range is from 2 years through end of lifespan, with majority of clients being years. Clientele come in for individual, couples and family therapy with a variety of clinical needs. Clientele are representative of our urban environment, with a variety of ethnic and racial backgrounds. Clientele are diverse in faith and cultural backgrounds. Local Christian churches and pastors are one of the organization s largest referral sources, with many clients seeking care that integrates Christian beliefs and practices. Clientele represent variety of socio-economic statuses. Full fee is $150/session for doctoral level psychologists. Currently 70% clients receive care using medical insurance, 5% pay out of pocket, 25% utilize donor/third party payer scholarship subsidy to receive care at reduced rate.
