1 The National High School Coaches Association (NHSCA) was founded in 1989 and operates as a 501c3 non-profit organization. The national office is located In Easton, Pennsylvania. The mission statement of the NHSCA is to provide leadership and support to the nation s one million high school coaches and 10 million high school athletes. With over 26 years of providing free workshops, conducting fitness challenges, serving up free educational content, conducting national events and special recognition awards, the NHSCA has gained an acceptance to the High School Head Coach, Principal, Athletic Director and Superintendent. By partnering with the NHSCA, your business can enjoy that increased attentiveness in displaying your messaging to the high school market place. Competitors from NHSCA championship events have appeared on Fox and Friends, Larry King Live, ESPN, CBS Early Show, and many other television programs. 3 Website and Internet Marketing From NHSCA.com to the NHSCA High School Sports Hour, there are many webbased initiatives to engage the high school marketplace. Our web-demographic includes high school coaches, athletes, parents of athletes, college coaches and casual fans. The NHSCA website attracts an average of more than 1 million hits per month, nearly 300,000 unique visitors over the course of the year. All NHSCA marketing efforts direct traffic through NHSCA.com. The website acts as a delivery vehicle for all program and registrations. Prominent advertisement placement is available on the NHSCA homepage. This program is hosted by Jeff Fisher, top high school sports analyzer in the country! Each show averages 35,000 listeners. Sponsorship is for a pre-recorded.30 second commercial. Live reads area available as well. Archives, with commercial embedded lives forever! Many shows have over 100,000 downloads. 4 National High School Championship Events The NHSCA conducts best in class high school championship events. All events are coupled with either coaching workshops or technique clinics. Each championship event has a mandatory coaches meeting where sponsors can address all attending coaches. The NHSCA strives to make each of these competitions an event that the participants and coaches will always remember. Event profiles High School Wrestling Nationals: 3,300 competitors, 5,000 spectators, 1500 coaches National Wrestling Duals: 4,300 competitors, 3,500 spectators, 300 coaches High School Basketball Championship: 32 teams, 500+ competitors, 120 coaches Hispanic Games Track Championship: competitors, 200 coaches National 7 on 7 Football Championship: 32 teams, 700 competitors, 150 coaches Presented by sponsorship opportunities are also available for each event upon request. Web banner placement on all event web casts via High School Television Network (HSTN). NHSCA broadcasts live web coverage of all competitions throughout the year to an approximate audience of 10,000 unique viewers. 5 Print Publications While most NHSCA advertisement and marketing efforts are conducted electronically, each championship event is complemented with event programs, coach and athlete packets. In addition, to support the national wrestling championship events, the NHSCA produces an annual magazine sent to all high school and college wrestling coaches in the country. 6 Major Sponsorships The NHSCA initiatives are changing every day. In order to support our mission, we have and will continue to solicit our network of coaches to identify the needs for the coaches of today. All major initiatives have all been a direct result of soliciting this feedback. With the filter of supporting high school programs, the NHSCA is always open to further suggestions and opportunities to support our mission. Whether it s Corporate America or our Country s great Armed Services, we ve developed and implemented programs to bridge resources and opportunity to our network of coaches, the participating students in those programs and to the parents who support them. There are two major sponsorship opportunities for companies interested in branding opportunities in a major way with the high school market place; the National High School Hall of Fame Museum and an NHSCA Brand Partnership. National High School Sports Hall of Fame Museum $500,000 per year The NHSCA honors 3 groups of people each year. The NHSCA selects the National High School Coach and Senior Athlete of the Year in 22 boys and girls sports. The NHSCA also honors professional career successes of former athletes. The High School Sports Hall of Fame Museum will serve as a home for these 3 groups of people that total more than 500 inductees. The inductees are not selected solely on their athletic achievements. The selection is based on the over all good character of the person. The committee looks for people that will serve as good roles models for today s youth as well as tomorrow s champions. The museum will also serve as the home for the 20,000 high schools in the country to honor their outstanding coaches and athletes throughout the years. Visitors will navigate an incredible video library of all inductees, legendary hometown rivalries, pro-athletes when they were in high school and other outstanding high school athletic contributors. Exhibits and programs will be implemented so visitors will see the humanitarian efforts of our inductees and go away with these messages: Sports teach us skills and values that last a lifetime. This 45,000 square foot 35 million dollar building will be state of the art and done in museum quality. First floor will have a welcome lobby, restaurant with outdoor dining, retail shops, and a bus depot. Second floor will be an interactive museum that will have memorabilia as well as several wings. The museum will feature videos and have individual sport entrances.

7 NHSCA Brand Partnership $500,000 per year Be a part of everything that the NHSCA offers to the high school coaches, athletes and parents. As an NHSCA Brand Partner your company can utilize the brand equity of the National High School Coaches Association and have access and engagement points in every aspect of the NHSCA operation. Aside from name and logo recognition on all printed materials, including press releases, brochures, flyers and letters; your company will be integrated in the NHSCA website(s), be given signage opportunity at every venue, be present at awards ceremonies, be able to solicit and communicate with database and included in all public relations initiatives throughout the year. Special company initiatives can be discussed for inclusion into NHSCA daily activity. We are a firm believer that the high school coach is one of the greatest influencers on today s youth. These coaches are givers! No one is getting rich coaching high school athletics. The NHSCA specializes in developing concepts to engage these coaches. Whether your mission is seeking new talent for your company or to support high school athletics, the NHSCA Brand Partnership is a great opportunity to bridge the gap between your company initiatives and penetrating high potential candidates while they re in high school. Each company/organization is unique will have their own initiatives. This type of sponsorship will require extensive conversation on how to co-brand your company and the NHSCA. While it remains a great opportunity and point-of-entry for your company into the high school market-place, the NHSCA remains very sensitive to the messaging and brands they will partner with. Only the right relationship will be considered for this type of sponsorship consideration.

8 Education Resource Center The NHSCA Education Resource Center (ERC) is designed to be an education portal that allows members and non-members to access reliable and relevant information for coaches, athletic directors, athletes and families. The ERC provides a Level I Coach Certification assessment. The Certification is divided up between general coaching content (including sports science, first aide, ethics, administration, etc.) and eventually rolls to sport specific rules and techniques to aide coaches running their program. In addition, the ERC provides educational videos, other on-line courses and links to recommended programs and resources for coaches and administrators. The ERC is accessible through the NHSCA website. The NHSCA will conduct weekly marketing efforts will include additions and highlight topical content available through the ERC. Content partnerships for participation in the ERC are on-going. The NHSCA plan is to develop a tool for the coach that allows them to obtain critical information and other relevant topics for themselves, their athletes and their parents. Upon request, companies can receive a complete media package for the ERC that identifies location, size and cost for each banner/logo ad Advertisement Placements: Throughout the Resource Center, there are banners surrounding log-in credential screens, educational content borders and potential placements within the curriculum itself. Pricing: Banner placement pricing range between $1,000 to $5,000 depending on location, anticipated traffic and number of placements purchased by the company.

9 NHSCA media support to Education Resource Center (ERC) Content Partners The NHSCA is committed to supporting the participating partners of the ERC. As part of your monthly fee, your company would receive the following exposure to the NHSCA audience: 1. Call out in monthly communication on the ERC. In accordance with your content launch date on the ERC, your company and material will be announced to every high school head coach and school administrator in the country as a part of that monthly communication. Audience: over 350,000 head high school coaches and school administrators 2. Newsfeed inclusion By keyword search, any news on your company published and caught in our search would show in our Latest News. Through an RSS feed, your published articles will be seen for a 1 month period on the front page of NHSCA.com. Over 65,000 news publications and social media sites are scoured during this keyword search. Audience: average of 300,000 hits per month 3. 2 interviews on the NHSCA High School Sports Hour You will be given the opportunity to be interviewed on two different programs throughout the year. The internet show is hosted by Jeff Fisher. Archives are stores on artistfirst.com and can archives can be utilized by company for distribution. The interview per each company would last approximately 10 minutes. Audience: average of 35,000 per show, some archives exceed 100,000 visits 4. Inclusion in NHSCA print publications Named in featured ERC page in each print publication and ½ page ad in each printed publication. Printed publications are the following: Coach s Quarterly (CQ) magazine and NHSCA High School Nationals Championship Program and National Wrestling Duals Number of printed publications: 12, Listing on NHSCA website as an approved partner NHSCA maintains an approved partner landing page on the NHSCA website. Partners are listed and space will be afforded to both explain their content and display a logo if applicable. There will be navigation on each logo and/or company name directing traffic back to the vendors respective space in the ERC. 6.
