7 The Next Step. The Bonanza Extravaganza has SOLD OUT every year. To ensure the sponsorship you want is available, please or call A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all marketing sponsorships and the balance is due by April 30, Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. The Small Print. In 2015 BonanzaExtravaganza.com received 181,507 pageviews and 55,945 sessions from Jan-May of 2015, the average visitor stays on our website for 4 minutes and visites 3 pages. Each $110 Bonanza Extravaganza Ticket Includes entrance to the event Friday and Saturday, included in the over/under raffle drawings Friday (if present) and all-day Saturday (attendance optional), access to free food from noon until 7pm on Saturday, includes access to gaming tent, vendor area, and live music tent. There are two Jumbotrons. The larger screen is located on main stage and there is a secondary stage with smaller screen and multiple large screen televisions located throughout event the mainstage Jumbotron the ONLY screen guaranteed for sound. Promotional items may be thrown from main stage with any sponsorship including assistance of a cash drawing. Vendors may give away promotional items and also have drawings for door prizes. Ticket sales for door prizes or another events are PROHIBITTED. Print distribution of direct mail and prize sheets are as follows: Val-Pak inserts 120,000 pieces delivered in local tri-state region; 100,000 full color prize sheet distribution (25,000 Direct mail to prior ticket purchasers mid 2 Prize sheets per mailer, 5,000 Purchased tickets are mailed each receives 2 prize sheets with ticket, 575 Fire stations in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia and Delaware receive 2 prize sheets for the station break rooms and read at monthly meetings,10 Prize sheets are hand delivered by a local firefighter to ALL FIRE STATIONS in all counties from Washington to the Chesapeake Bay.
