The Harlestn Parker Medal The Harlestn Parker Medal award was established in 1921 by J. Harlestn Parker in memry f his father. The first award was granted by the BSA in The intent f the award is t acknwledge the single mst beautiful building r ther structure built in the metrplitan Bsn area in the past 10 years.
