1 Specificatios Sheet CSI 6500 Machiery Health Moitor Processor Card Specificatios PN A6560, A6560-T The machiery health processor is the heart of the CSI 6500 Machiery Health Moitor providig field-based, predictive itelligece. The A6560 provides (1) real-time overall vibratio, (2) cofigurable machiery health moitorig ad (3) with the A6560-T, a optioal oboard trasiet processor desiged for turbomachiery. The A6560-T icludes all of the fuctioality of the A6560, ad also icludes the trasiet optio. While the real-time overall vibratio moitor provides a quick check of all rotatig machies, the predictive machiery health processor is performig deeper aalysis, two chaels at a time to help diagose deterioratig machie coditios. Waveform, spectrum ad aalysis parameters are computed i the field. Evet-based adaptive moitorig also adjustig i the field provides the tailored moitorig for your machies ad chagig process coditios. Results are set from the field to the cotrol system or to AMS Suite: Machiery Health Maager software for aalysis ad storage. The overall vibratio moitor ad the machiery health moitor of the A6560 is available stadard i the A6560-T, but the A6560-T also icludes trasiet moitorig for turbomachiery. Bufferig Storage Live viewig The trasiet processor moitors i real-time ad records a cotiuous time waveform simultaeously o all 24 chaels. Over 100 hours of cotiuous time waveform o all chaels is simultaeously buffered, ca be permaetly stored, auto extracted, viewed live, or replayed. For each chael a o-stop, cotious time waveform recordig is occurrig ad is beig buffered for over 100 hours by the moitor. The user ca demad a slice of the waveform by selectig a time period, or quick sca the data searchig for the aomaly to extract. The user ca extract waveform data from the buffer i the field moitor, or the moitor may be pre-programmed to automatically archive 1 hour slices of data based o evets. Evets such as high vibratio, chage of machie speed, a triggerig iput or output relay may be programmed to trigger a auto-archive that will permaetly to store data to a etwork hard drive. The trasiet processor eables the user to coect usig AMS Machiery Maager directly to the field moitor ad view 11 plots i real-time orbits, shaft ceterlie, cascade, waterfall, Bode, Nyquist, waveform, spectrum, overall vibratio, DC positio ad speed. Up to two A6510 sigal iput modules ca be associated with a A6560 machiery health processor.
