1 THE AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOCIATION S 2015 RED BALL GALA The 12th Annual Red Ball Gala Paint the Town Red will be a fabulous event in Springfield on March 28th 2015 with over 600 attendees! The event will be held at the University Plaza Hotel Convention Center and will be comprised of the following: a Private VIP Party (to include a sneak peek at Silent Auction items, Cocktail Reception, & 2 Bottles of Complimentary wine on table) a Gourmet Sit-down dinner, Casino Tables and first-rate Funky band Dr. Zhivegas from St Louis. Our corporate partners and sponsors come from diverse industries, but they share our vision of making an everyday difference in the lives of people affected by diabetes, type 1 and type 2. While the statistics of diabetes continue to grow, they don't tell the whole story. The emotional impact of diabetes on families, children, employees and consumers is why companies are responding to this important health issue. Corporate support helps us increase funding for diabetes research, education, community programs and advocacy. Collaboration with ADA is a unique opportunity to not only build goodwill for your company, but to build your business as well. Working with corporations, the American Diabetes Association (ADA) has made a tremendous impact in the areas of research, information, and advocacy for all affected by diabetes, type 1 and type 2. Together, we have made great strides in finding those who are undiagnosed. We have raised funds for research to find a cure. We have provided information and services to people with diabetes, their families and the health care professionals who treat them. We have advocated our case at the federal, state, and local levels to affect legislation and policies that benefit people with diabetes.
