2 Welcome to Viva Las Vegas! Presented by the Valley of the Sun Active Club One of the premier fundraising events for Valley philanthropists, the 19th Annual Viva Las Vegas, presented by the Valley of the Sun Active Club will be held on Saturday, March 23rd at the fabulous South Bridge along the waterfront in Old Town Scottsdale. This extravagant semi-formal event features casino-style gaming, live entertainment and dancing. Guests will indulge in fare from a selection of the top valley eateries as well as a premium selection of beer, wine and spirits. All proceeds from your generous donations are directly applied to programs served by the Valley Kids Foundation 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your dedication allows our non-profit organization to continue improving the lives of children in need in our community. All guests must be 21 years of age or older.

3 Hosted by Valley of the Sun Active Club Valley of the Sun Active Club is a non-profit volunteer fundraising organization comprised of 75 professional women in their 20s and 30s who are committed to developing personal leadership skills and raising funds to support valley children s charities. Since the clubs inception in 1988, hundreds of thousands of dollars and thousands of hours have been donated to local children s charities. Valley Kids Foundation Valley Kids Foundation is a non-profit organization created and maintained by the Valley of the Sun Active Club established to serve the Phoenix community s greatest asset our children. Throughout the year, the Valley Kids Foundation underwrites several volunteer hands-on events. It has contributed financially to numerous local children s charities including: Arizona Academic Decathlon Camp Soaring Eagle Child Crisis Center Children s First Academy Florence Crittenton Grossman Burn Centers Homeward Bound Phoenix Boys & Girls Club of Arizona Phoenix Youth at Risk Scottsdale Boys & Girls Club of Arizona Severson Sisters Soul Sanctuary St. Mary s Food Bank Alliance Florence Crittenton Valley of the Sun Active Club s primary beneficiary is Florence Crittenton Services of Arizona, Inc., a non-profit 501 (3) organization that has served the state s youth and their families for more than a century. The mission of Florence Crittenton is to give every girl whose life is touched safety, hope and opportunity. Florence Crittenton builds strong families, healthy teens and self-sufficient young adults through education, counseling, social support and a safe haven for girls. In a therapeutic group home setting Florence Crittenton seeks to provide a variety of opportunities whereby girls are able to realize and reach their full potential. Valley of the Sun Active Club is proud to have supported Florence Crittenton since 1990.
