2 Chamber After Hours Chamber After Hours focuses on the new members, along with structured mixers to enhance better member networking. The hosting location must be able to accommodate 120 people reception style. Dates: January 26, March 30, May 18, August 10, and October 26 Audience is approximately people Presenting Sponsor: $1,750 Benefits include recognition in all pre and post event advertising including our weekly promotions, social media, and Quarterly Newsletters. Sponsor will be permitted to make a presentation up to 8 minutes about their business and introduction of their staff. Sponsorship includes coordination by the Chamber of all food and beverage to include limited beer and wine. Chamber Christmas After Hours Presenting Sponsor: $1,950 Business may host the event at their business and should hold up to 125+ and nicely decorated for Holidays. Date: December 7 Audience is approximately 130 people Chamber Before Hours (new format) The event will start at 7:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast and program topic of the day discussion to follow at 7:50 a.m. The event will be facilitated by an industry expert on the topic and formatted as a focus group so that best practices may be shared among attendees. Dates: February 17, April 14, July 21, September 15, and November 17 Audience is approximately 60 people Presenting Sponsor: $750 The sponsor begins the program with an 8 minute company presentation. Promotional information may also be given out. The sponsor will be recognized in all pre and post event advertising to include our weekly updates, recognition in ¼ page color ad in the Columbia County News- Times, and Quarterly newsletter, and on the event program. Networking for LEADS Series Dates: January 27, March 31, July 28, and November 17 Audience is approximately 25 people per date; sponsorship is for the entire series. Presenting Sponsor: $450 The sponsor is promoted for four speed networking sessions for Chamber members to learn, ask, and refer business to other Chamber members. The sponsorship includes promotion on the blast prior to events, social media post, and sponsorship recognition in the Chamber newsletters. WOW - Women on the Way A year long program geared towards mentoring young professional women. Four top executive women will mentor 8 young professional women (23 32 year olds) during a monthly luncheon focused on key topics to develop them personally and professionally. Participants are selected through an application process. Sponsor is recognized on website, quarterly newsletter, program agenda, and social media. Title Sponsor: $1,500

3 Pre and Post Legislative Breakfast* Full Southern Breakfast served at 7:30 a.m. followed by Town Hall style event with the House and Senate representatives from Columbia County and keynote speaker with top Georgia officials in State government. 5 Chamber Program Opportunities Leadership Columbia County Programs: The class will introduce new leaders who live, work or made professional decisions in our community. These leaders are individuals who will continue to help make Columbia County and our Region a quality community. Each class day is structured to include leadership qualities to further enhance individual professional development. Topics will include: media, criminal justice, fire services, community service, local and state governments, arts, tourism, chamber, economic development both local and state, healthcare and education. Youth Leadership: The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Youth Leadership program is developing th and 11 th graders to become the future leaders of our community. This year long program is designed to educate through experience and motivate young leaders, enabling them to take an active role in their community now and in adulthood. Workforce and Education Program Sponsors Student in Business Select CTAE career pathway students from the various programs will spend two days visiting businesses related to their field of study. The program is very structured with a goal of giving them insight into the following areas: Career paths and education and skills needed, the variety of jobs/professions in various businesses, salary expectations, job market now and in the future, what working in these businesses is like, what professionals think they can do to prepare themselves. (1) Title Level: $1000 Company logo on printed and electronic information about the program; logo on name badges all participants will wear; second tier logo on Thank You ad in the Columbia County News-Times; opportunity to speak at either the opening or closing sessions, booth at the closing session. Principal for a Day The Principal for a Day event brings local business leaders to the schools. The executives are paired one-on-one with a principal in selected Columbia County schools. They spend the day shadowing the principal, learning the realities of leading a public school. (1) Title Sponsor: $1,000 Company representative gives open remarks at Breakfast meeting of all principals and executives that participated in the program. The Company logo will be placed on the program agenda and on the Chamber website and Facebook page. Ribbon Cut Planner Sponsor Sponsorship: $1,500 Sponsor is recognized on weekly blast to entire membership as the Ribbon Cut Sponsor.
