This year the Kansas Pharmacists Association (KPhA), Missouri Pharmacy Association (MPA) and Oklahoma Pharmacists Association (OPhA) join together in Overland Park, Kansas for the 2015 Mid- America Pharmacy Conference and Expo- Working Together to Redefine Wellness from September 10-13, Exhibits will be open Saturday, September 12 th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Overland Park Convention Center. Exhibitors and Sponsors will have the opportunity to showcase their message, products and updates to pharmacy professionals in all practice settings from three midwest states, making this the perfect platform to increase brand recognition and broadcast services to a targeted audience. This event provides a networking pathway to connect and strengthen client relationships, build new relationships and engage with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and student pharmacists across a variety of practice settings. 3 Mid- America Pharmacy Auction The Mid- America Pharmacy Auction will take place during the trade show. To make a donation, check the appropriate box on the Exhibitor Registration Form. Proceeds are used to help fund grants for clinical programs, scholarships for pharmacy school students, and the preservation of pharmacy history. The silent auction will be held Saturday, September 12 beginning at 6:00PM. Exhibit Fee Includes Exhibit Fees: o Single Booth - $1,500 o Double Booth - $2,500 o Government Agencies/Schools - $500 Pipe & drape 10 x10 booth with back drape Company name and booth number sign One draped 8 table with two chairs Lunch for 2 representatives are included with booth purchase. Additional tickets are available for $25 each. Tote bag insert Registration and payment is due by Thursday, August 13, Any exhibitor wishing to receive CPE credits or participate in social functions outside of the exhibit hall must register as a participant of the meeting. Upon receipt of the application and paid registration fee, exhibitors will be sent information on ordering additional equipment and advance shipment from Liberty Exposition Services, Inc. Due to limited storage space, the Overland Park Convention Center will only accept packages up to three business days in advance of the event. Security- Liability It is understood that neither the Kansas Pharmacists Association, Missouri Pharmacy Association, Oklahoma Pharmacists Association, Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the Convention Center, Overland Park Convention Center, Liberty Exposition Services, Inc. nor their members, officers, directors or employees shall be held responsible for loss or damage of any property belonging to the exhibitor or any person or persons while in transit to or from, or while at the Overland Park Convention Center. Overland Park Convention Center takes no responsibility for damage to or loss of any items left in the convention center prior to, during and/or following any function and all such responsibility and liability is specifically disclaimed.
