The Exchange Club of Lake Highlands is the largest community service organization in Lake Highlands and supports programs in education, military heros Christmas gift boxes, the Lake Highlands North Recreation Center, the Safe Halloween Carnival, and the Fourth of July Parade. Food, Fun and a Whole Lot More In its fourth year, Lake Highlands Oktoberfest will reach families with a full day of activities including headline entertainment, speciality foods, a large selection of beer, crafts, the Sports Zone and an expanded Kids Zone.
