3 GENERAL INFORMATION General Information OUR ORGANIZATION The Rainbow Society of Alberta is a non profit charity that grants wishes for children ages 3 to 8, who reside in Alberta and have been diagnosed with a chronic or life threatening illness. Having a dream come true can make all the difference to a sick child. The power of a dream can change everything! You many never know the children whose lives you will touch, but we promise, you will make a difference that they will remember forever. EVENT INFORMATION This annual golf tournament, presented by ATB Investor Services, has raised over $512,000 in its 15 year history! At an average cost of $5,000 per wish, you can imagine how many wishes the funds raised at this tournament have made come true. The tournament, scheduled this year for Thursday, August 28, 2014, is attended by individuals throughout the City of Calgary, and appeals to both semi pro and casual female golfers, and in particular, local business professionals. It features an 18 hole shotgun start, silent auction, lunch and buffet dinner, and guaranteed prizes. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Fish Creek Park at The Blue Devil Golf Club, and with such a large diversity in attendance, there is ample opportunity for your sponsorship dollars to reach many women at many different companies with various income levels. In addition, you have the opportunity to be associated with the only wish granting organization in Alberta whose mandate dedicates all funds be used only for children right here in Alberta, including many in the Calgary area! Further, The Rainbow Society of Alberta is the only wish granting organization in the province whose mandate includes children with a chronic illness (defined as a severely limiting medical condition that restricts the child s daily life). In sum, this was a once in a lifetime experience and we are all full of terrific memories and stories of our time there. Most of our daily challenges were suspended for a week and we had high-quality, uncomplicated family time together. And for this, we have to thank you, because we could never have done this on our own, and it was truly a wish come true for Leah. Leah, a beautiful little girl with Spina Bifida and other complications, received her wish for a family trip to Disney World. We're happy to say that Leah's wish for a trip to Disney World came true in November 2013! Page 1

Golfers have a chance to beat the Pro and win a sleeve of golf balls imprinted with your company logo. 3. Golf balls not won will be given back to sponsor. 4. HOLE IN ONE SPONSOR COST (PRIZE) TO BE COVERED BY SPONSOR PLUS INSURANCE COSTS (4 AVAILABLE) *Note that Sponsor must provide the insurance for the hole in addition to the prize at the tournament. All to be donated no later than 48 hours before tournament. As a Rainbow Tournament Supporter your business will receive the following: 1.
