AW Media, Inc. is very excited to announce our 3 rd annual ATXMAN Golf Classic, 18 Holes for 18 Charities on March 27, 2015 at River Place Country Club (4207 River Pl Blvd, Austin, TX 78730) Join us at River Place Country Club as we eat, drink, and chip in for 18 local Austin charities. Event Itinerary: 10am Charity and Hole Sponsor check in 11:30 Registration 12:00 Lunch 1:30pm Shotgun Start 6:00pm Cocktails, Silent Auction 7pm Dinner + Awards 8pm Entertainment Event Benefits for Players: Spectacular round of golf for 4 players on Austin s most beautiful course Invitations for 8 (4 players + 4 guests) to award s gourmet dinner and entertainment Great networking opportunity Event Benefits for Charities: Cash Donations Exposure Minimum One (1) representative must be available to be on hole during event networking with players Minimum One (1) representative must attend awards dinner and entertainment (maximum two (2) tickets per charity). In 2013, the inception of ATXMAN Golf Classic, AW Media, Inc. raised a total of $18,000 for the charities. In 2014, AW Media, Inc. more than tripled its first year s number by raising over $55,000 and now for 2015, we are very excited to announce our goal is to increase the amount raised, continue to grow and offer even more exposure for all participants! If a charity would like to participate as one of our beneficiaries there are several ways to do so: 1. Someone that wants to play buys a team and picks a charity of their choice with a direct donation of $2500 to the charity. This is tax deductible.

2 2. Charities that wish to participate can ask a specific donor they have in mind to sponsor them at the event. The charity receives a $2,500 direct donation from that donor and will benefit through extra donations i.e. silent auction, raffles, super tickets, etc. 3. Have an event coming up? Auction off a team and collect the money we will give you all the marketing collateral you need. (minimum $2,500 donation required). All charities will benefit from proceeds raised from silent + live auctions, super tickets, and sponsorships. All spots for the 18 charities are on a first come, first serve basis. Each beneficiary will get an ample amount of exposure from AW Media Inc. in the following ways: Website visits of over 14,000 per month blasts which reach over 9,000 participants Social media posts o Facebook promotions to ~over 8,300 fans o Twitter promotions to ~ over 15,100 followers o Instagram Launch parties with an average of 200 attendees Print media mentions in both Austin Woman and ATX Man magazines which prints a total of 54,000 copies in over 1,250 locations in and around Greater Austin Area Networking to participants and businesses at the ATXMAN Golf Classic Write up of charity in Golf Issue + Eblasts and social media from many of our corporate sponsors! In Addition one of the requirements for signing up to be a beneficiary is a minimum of 3 blasts (provided by AW Media) to be sent prior to the event and at least one thank you blast to your entire list following the event. Plus a minimum of 4 social media posts on each medium currently in use by the 501c3. It is in this way we can guarantee huge visibility to everyone involved. (the first year we had an estimated 140,000 addresses, in the second year we had close to 200,000 collective addresses AND that s not even factoring in the huge reach of each charity, sponsors and our own social media resources! Once again, all beneficiary spots are on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in becoming a beneficiary, we can reserve a hole for you once we receive a copy of the check for $2,500 (or more) made out to your charity and the contact information of the donor. It is one of our company s greatest pursuits to give every charity and non-profit the opportunity for maximum exposure through our product(s). As a one of our 18 beneficiaries at ATX Man Golf Classic, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your organization to a professional and established demographic not only by having an exclusive presence at our event(s), but by widening your brand through all of our event collateral. Event collateral includes online and print advertising, multiple mentions on our social media outlets like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and mass marketing. 5 FAQs How long is the event? Do I have to be present? The event is from 11:30-9pm. Yes, each charity must have at least one representative present (up to two) to the tournament and awards dinner. How many friends can I bring? Each player on a team of four can bring 1 guest to the award s gourmet dinner. Each charity must have two representatives present. How much is it to participate? It is $2500 for a team of four. As a charity beneficiary, what do I receive? Charity beneficiaries benefit from cash donations, ample amount of exposure to the players and business owners, two tickets to the awards dinner and entertainment. Exposure benefits include but are not limited to: website visits of 14,000 per month, blasts to over 9,000 participants, social media tags and posts to Facebook fans of 8,300 and Twitter fans of 15k followers, launch party promotions, print media mentions in Austin Woman Magazine and ATX Man Magazine, and a write-up of the charity in the ATXMAN Golf Issue. All charities will benefit from proceeds raised from silent + live actions, super tickets, and sponsorships. Can I get to choose who is on my team? Depends. If a sponsor decides to bring a team and chooses to be the sponsor of your charity, they have selected their team. If the charity gathers a team, and has a sponsor in mind, they can ask them for the direct $2500 donation. How many people are on my team? Four people are allowed on a team. How long do I have to decide if I want to be a beneficiary? The beneficiary spots are on a first come first serve basis. What if we can t stay all day? If you can't attend the entire day you will need to split up the day in shifts so someone from your charity will be present at all times. How many people will be present if we want to bring gifts? Approximately 108 golfers ( all day, including event following tournament).
