3 Our Race Day Sponsorship package includes the following: VIP entertaining in your own private space, creating a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere. An indulgent three-course lunch accompanied by a selection of beers, wines and soft drinks over five hours. Flowers, menus and table settings in your corporate colours. A day s entertainment in the form of a full card of Thoroughbred racing with unrivalled proximity to the Parade Ring and the finish post watch the horses gallop past your dining table! Unique experiences for your VIPs the chance to be part of the official race photograph and have a celebratory drink with the winning connections in the exclusive Winners bar a unique and uplifting experience for staff, clients or prospects. The services of local celebrity sporting pundit and experienced MC, Gary Harley who will be on hand with betting tips and a Punters Club. Private betting facilities. The chance to add your own entertainment to the day such as auctions, prizes, speeches etc. A prize for your raffle worth $200. Your own Sponsor Co-ordinator - working with you from the moment you sign the contract to a follow-up meeting, making sure your event runs smoothly.

4 Our Race Day Sponsorship package gives your company or brand the following exposure: The Race Day name featuring in NJC print and television advertising, on our website, in our social media and on signage outside the course. Branding on the cover of the day s racebook. A banner in prime position in the Parade Ring, a focal point before and after each race. Our Race Day Sponsorship package also includes naming rights to seven of the races on your race day, giving you, or your clients, the following exposure: Your name, as part of the race name, appearing in Sky Racing radio and TV coverage of the race. Your name being shown in TAB listings and all race listings and results for that race in the press and online. The option to display a banner in the Parade Ring, in full view of racecourse guests. A full page advert in the racebook before your race.

5 We can offer you the following promotional opportunities to help you to make the most of your Race Day Sponsorship: The chance to support a charity enabling them to raise funds and gain valuable exposure as part of your Race Day. On-course promotional activity for your product or company a chance to connect with around 2,000 local people in a leisure environment. This can include displays, demonstrations, competitions or special events. Special rate packages for combined bookings of more than one race day. Sponsorship of one of our feature races in the Autumn or Spring Carnival. Joint promotion with NJC via the NJC Membership newsletters (promotions must be relevant to NJC Members).
